Under renovation, mold on shower curtain. Room seemed fairly clean, outside was a mess. Nothing for breakfast except waffle or toast

Great place to stay on a quick work trip.

Great clean freshly refreshed rooms, they were still finishing construction on the floor below and our floor during the stay so it did get noisy during the day, no hot breakfast beyond toast, or oatmeal during the week. On the weekend they had eggs and such

Breakfast was worst ever. No coffee in room property was dirty

Property is currently under construction, so there was noise until 7 PM each day. The room directly next to ours was under construction. The free continental breakfast left much to be desired.

They are under construction right now but the room was new, clean and comfortable. The pool is small and breakfast was okay. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Check in staff overcharged me for the room and was not polite. Morning staff addressed the problem very well and followed thru on making sure the overcharge was redunded.

Properties under renovations, but our room was completely brand new. We didn’t get to use the pool, but it was very clean. Just a bit small. Staff seemed very busy, but friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night and realized as we were leaving. There was really nowhere to put your clothes for a longer stay. No drawers or useful shelves. We thought maybe they just hadn’t finished the room.

The only thing that saved this from being a one star review is the one lady I encountered at the front desk. She was really nice. Other than that, they are still renovations, so the stick you in a "newly renovated" room on the 4th floor.

Ac didnt work( i told staff) was hot in room No shower gel, or conditioner ( lotion and shampoo) i told staff!! On top of all, construction even on a shunday @ 8 am!! After working 24 hrs, i go back to sleep @7am, and couldnt, do to all banging and noise from third floor. On a SUNDAY!!! Rooms are large and bed was comfy

The room was very clean, the staff was polite and helpful, parking was convenient, the pool area was nice and clean.

Unknown to me when I booked the hotel it was in the midst of a remodeling project. This was not noted on your web site which I feel should have been. The first indication was the temporary sheet hanging from the building noting the name of the hotel. Second was the pallets of building material in the parking area and in the lobby. Being that we were there and had no choose but to loss our money for not cancelling 24 hours prior we inquired at the front desk what was going on and were told that the hotel was undergoing a full renovation and only the 4th floor was complete. Thankfully we were able to get a room on the 4th and were quite satisfied. However, I really feel bad for those who ended up with a room on the other floors. I would like to commend the ladies working the front desk they were very professional and helpful. Now on to the free breakfast. The round, thin, yellow things that you are trying to call eggs were cold and awful. And the sausage patties were laying in a bowl of grease so unappetizing. But the toast/bagels were OK but I broke 3 of the flimsy knifes trying to spread the rock hard butter.

Place is under construction and guests should be made aware of that before booking! The bed spread was old and stained. The cushions on the pull out sofa looked & smelled like they had been slept on for about 10 years without being cleaned. The whole place had a musty unkempt smell. Furniture and fixtures were either cracked or chipped. Shower head was corroded and there was mold in the grout of the tiles. Toilet was easliy stopped up with very little waste in it. We were exhausted, otherwise we would have just left. We put our 10 year old daughter in the bed with us, slept for a few hour and left - didn't stick around for breakfast. Front desk staff was friendly.

While the staff was friendly and the room was mostly clean the pictures are misleading for the hotel. It is under construction of what appears to be from a different hotel. I am sure once completed it will be nice. However, was not expecting the appearance of renovations.
