Clean, spacious suites Nothing I can think of

It has roaches in there and the sinks is leaking. It's dirty. This place is not worth staying at this place is going downhill. I remember when they first opened. It was nice clean. It was dope now it is filthy dirty.

Property had a nice lay out and rooms were very spacious and clean. Nothing negative to say

Size of the room Cleanliness, dampness, lack of towels, lack of pillows and bedding, holes in the walls, the holder for the iron fell off the wall and almost onto my head, TV did not work in bedroom at first, etc.

Beds were comfortable and clean, but the rest of the room was dirty. Stains on the walls.dust out of the vents. Crumbs and filth on the floors. We were just there to sleep. It was ok.

The room was very dusty and dingy. The dishes and silverware that we were supposed to have were still sitting in the dishwasher and it was unclear if they were clean or not. At the end of the day when we wanted to get clean towels, there wasn’t anyone on Staff after 8 PM to assist. it was a great location and could have been a better experience.

The room was not clean at all, shower curtain visible signs of mold.. floors not swept or mopped,comforters were visibly dirty even had staff come look at all that was wrong with the room! Never was offered to change the room or provide with new linen! The refrigerator had hair and juice spilled all in it!

The room was nice and spacious and the kitchen had everything that was needed to make our stay enjoyable. The only thing that I would say that needs improvement was that we went to make up the sofa bed and there were no linens. We went to the front desk and no one was there. It appeared to be closed for the evening and this was around 7:30PM.

Cleaning service needs major improvements. My beds had hair on them, the oven was filthy and it was a whole in the bathroom door. The couch had visible stains as well as food splash on the walls.

Unit had not been cleaned. Wine in fridge, coffee in coffee maker. Visible thick dust on furniture and figures. Mold on shower curtains. To name a few. The GM named James seemed irritated that we expressed our concerns. This was our first and last time to patron stayAPT.

Passable

Location Room was dirty. Coach had stains, mold in shower. Holes in the walls. People in room next to us woke us up at 1:30 am kids playing and screaming for hours. This happened the first and second night. Call the number left from front desk. They stated they would call the room. Noise decreased. Staff was lovely.
