Cleaning service needs major improvements. My beds had hair on them, the oven was filthy and it was a whole in the bathroom door. The couch had visible stains as well as food splash on the walls.

Unit had not been cleaned. Wine in fridge, coffee in coffee maker. Visible thick dust on furniture and figures. Mold on shower curtains. To name a few. The GM named James seemed irritated that we expressed our concerns. This was our first and last time to patron stayAPT.

Two rooms, nice bedroom seperate from the kitchen/living area. Looked like all new appliances. Friendly staff.

The service is very minimal - you won't get room cleaning, you will need to take out your trash, the lobby is not staffed in the evenings so if you come in late you'll need to call a number taped to an interior window. The room wasn't perfectly clean but it was by no means gross and I didn't see any bugs. Getting into the hotel requires 24 hour key card access, which you will appreciate. There are people living there longterm, hanging out in the lobby or in lawn chairs outside. There's a common area with a barbecue and outdoor seating which seemed well used by several large parties. And like any hotel with "no smoking" signs everywhere, it smells entirely of weed.

Hotels in PA are very expensive, but the upkeep of the them and amenities does not match the price, plus the refund policy needs to be revised because when you pay for a hotel, but don't get what's advertised you should be able to get your money back. The place was not really any different. Couch bed was filthy and had no sheets, staff were not friendly. The outside appearance of the hotel looked decent, however needs updating and appliances as well. However I would stay there again compared to the other hotels I've stayed in in PA

Would not recommend to anyone very sensitive to strong odor or mold sensitive.

Great stay clean no frills. No complaints exactly what we needed.

The shower curtain was little moldy on the bottom but other than that it was fairly clean.

The hotel was nice in general… It had a great outdoor courtyard area that was nice for our group to hang out at night and be outside. The check-in process and communication with the hotel resulted in a lower score, as our room was cancelled before our arrival. My credit card verification did not go through as it was flagged by my bank as possible fraud. The hotel sent me a message through Expedia that our room would be cancelled unless I contacted them that morning by 10 AM. We had a 12 hour drive to our destination, and I was the driver, and therefore unable to check my messages, let alone from the Expedia app. When we arrived, our room was cancelled, and we were told that the hotel was sold out! They did somehow have another room for us, however, we learned the next day that this room was not to have been booked out as there was no phone in the room and it was not cleaned. We noticed the room was not super clean as soon as we got in, but it was when we went to use the pullout couch, and the sheets were dirty that we wondered what was up. This was among other things that dirty in the room. The floor had crumbs and other things on it left over from the previous tenants. The instructions in our room told us to call the front desk extension from our room phone, but we couldn’t because there wasn’t one in there. Therefore, on the first night we slept in the pullout that wasn’t cleaned. This was a disappointing experience overall, but would’ve been a good hotel.

Room was relatively clean parking was fine the kitchen was convenient. Only problem was cops were there every day it was disruptive.

I wish I had never booked with this hotel. The room was not clean by any standards. Brown smudges on the inside of the shower curtain. Hair all over the bathroom. Dirty dishes in the cupboards. The whole room smelled terrible the entire stay. There was absolutely no water pressure so I went to the desk on the first morning we were there and was told by the front desk lady that water pressure was room dependent and I could go buy a new shower head if I wanted. 😳 which brings me to the front desk- it was never open while we were there. We were here for a competition which meant long hours but their front desk is literally only open 9-5 on the weekends…there were no sheets/blankets for the pull out couch rendering it useless so my kids had to sleep together. When my son tried to pull out the sofa bed, under the cushions was full of crumbs and old food. Bought food before checking the amenities- one single pot but it was in the under over drawer full of crumbs and old food. NO dish soap or paper towels. Only 1 dishwasher pod. But also only 4 serving sets…had to go get paper dishes from the grocery store. Mole in the toilet. Floors sticky. The elevator smelled like someone hotboxed it every time what I assume was the housecleaner/maintenance guy was in it. Overall terrible experience and we checked out earl to switch hotels. The only good thing was the AC was nice and cold and only 20 minutes to the farm show complex.

It was a good choice for our family because of the kitchen and location. It was very quiet and overall pretty clean. However, we had to bleach the shower curtain because it was moldy. We didn’t know about their hours of operation for the front desk. We arrived late and had to call a number and the person who helped us was rude and clearly annoyed that we had to ask for assistance. There are other places to stay with similar amenities in the area.

Checked in late when no one was at the front desk so had to call the number listed on the door for help. The staff member was extremely rude over the phone and seemed mad I had called to help get my room key. After not being able to help me over the phone he showed up to the lobby where he then continued to act rude and not happy to help at all. Even heard him mumble things while on the computer setting up my room key. My was also not fully cleaned when first getting into it.

The room was dirty the floor was not cleaned and the vents were disgusting. The stairwell and door to second floor was sticky and had something looks like it was thrown against door and dried there.

It was good for the price.

It was a very comfortable space. Everyone was very friendly.

Parking convenient. Room basically clean. Laundry available.

Room was very clean.
