Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Liked that they are pet friendly since we often travel with our shi tzu

It was clean I didn’t like the smell of weed on the floor we were staying in. I didn’t like seeing people partying all over the property - looked like the parking lot of a dive bar. Guys came out from behind a storage container bear our parked car and scared me. Would not recommend a place for families.

The price and cleanliness plus the kitchen

The facility was close to JMU campus and the staff were very professional and courteous.

The check-in staff was not overly friendly. We were also put in the first room off the office and could walk directly into the lobby - not ideal. The lobby and our bathroom smelled strongly of industrial cleaner. Not bad otherwise.

We enjoyed our stay there. No issues

We booked this stay at the last minute while on the road. The staff were very friendly. The room was big and well appointed. We particularly enjoyed the real kitchenware. The shower never produced hot water for me.

I like how clean my room was, the dishwasher, the big fridge, and the stovetop! There is a coffee maker in the room, but no coffee filter for the coffee grounds. I asked for extra blankets and you guys were not able to provide any. There was no sponge for the sink to wash the dishes and no extra toilet paper in the room. the hallway had a nasty smell the first two days.

It was clean Shower very slow to drain. Then the drain “burped “ all night. Then starting about 6 am very loud concussions shook our room till we checked out.

What breakfast? Coffee

WiFi wouldn’t connect my ps5 but that’s my only negative.
