Doubletree by Hilton Harrisonburg

Shower floor was slimy and needed a scrubbing. Gross!

There was plenty of parking, the hotel was clean and the staff were absolutely wonderful. That warm chocolate chip cookie and friendly faces to check me in upon arrival felt really great after a long drive. The room itself was spacious and clean. We took advantage of the indoor pool and enjoyed it! It did feel a little odd to have everyone walking through the lobby looking in at us because there are GIANT class windows around the pool. It’s like being in a fish bowl a bit! 😂

Bar and food was decent. The pool was gross, looked like footprints in aline in the bottom. Never saw anyone in it.

Quiet and clean. All utilities worked as they should.

This place had a slight sewage swell in the bathrooms and common areas. It appeared clean to the eye.

No soap in tbe shower, also the bath lighting was poor, all else very good!

Not up to Hilton standards. Room was clean, lacked body wash but front desk promptly delivered to the room. Pool was disgusting, in need of cleaning and chemicals or some sort of treatment. Water was cloudy and gross. Found an earring at the bottom of the pool. Outside guests that appeared to not be staying at the hotel (10+ people) were having a party in the pool area and had taken over all the tables with their food and stuff and their kids were spraying the ventilation system on the ceiling and the nice seating areas on the other side of the room. Definitely not what we had expected and we would not stay here again. Front desk folks were nice though.

I would say here again the staff were very helpful and kind. They had a cool pool area for the kids that also had a relax area for the adults.

Perfect for our overnight stay to drop off my son at JMU band camp. Room was very clean, beds extremely comfortable and the shower was and had great pressure. Youngest son loved the pool and the fitness center had a Peloton which I enjoyed. Only draw back was it could have had coffee in the lobby but it is what it is. We didn’t utilize the restaurant as there were plenty of options near by so we did delivery.

The hotel is run down and the pool was green.

This Hilton hotel was probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Besides being immaculate, the staff was wonderful.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating! Parking was free. The rooms were very clean. I would definitely stay at this Hilton again! Thank you
