Doubletree by Hilton Harrisonburg

Bar and kitchen was closed

neighbors woke me up at 4am with a loud TV and commotion. I will come back again, I do like the property and the price

This markets newly renovated. It was not. It was dirty and dated the shower had mold growing in the silicone areas. I would NOT recommend staying here

X

Only one elevator for 4 floors, the rooms were dark, especially the bathroom, luggage carts limited and one was difficult to steer, Drunk in the bar was allowed to curse and rant.

The desk check in person was delightful and made a terrific dinner recommendation, as the hotel restaurant was closed by the time we arrived.

Not available the morning we were there Unfortunately the restaurant was not available and there was only dry food for breakfast. We did stay on a Monday so I understand the lack of restaurant service but was disappointed that there was no hot food for breakfast

The pool was not heated as usual, and the maintenance or repair had not come on Sunday I did not realize that the water was very cold but upon dipping in it was motivating LOL. It probably would be good to have a sign up for others to know ?

Pleasant

Staff very nice and room was clean

Amenities. Small restaurant and bar. Also food, drinks, snacks for purchase. Pool open and welcoming. Staff was hospitable. Better selections in restaurant especially healthy meals. Most had French fries as side dish.

Did not have breakfast. The staff was fabulous! We were there for two days and the staff took time to make sure things were all good! We liked everything.

very nice stay

Always well maintained.

Good room

Check in was wonderful. Room was clean n in order when I returned for the evening.

Location of the property fit nicely into our travel schedule.

I liked the cookies we got at check in! The lighting in the rooms was very dim and we got a view of a wall so not exciting lol

Good

Friendly staff
