Friendly staff and nice rooms. Breakfast is nice and closes an hour earlier than on the weekend.

The room was spacious, clean, had great water pressure in the shower, and all the amenities (refrigerator, TV, etc.) worked great! What a nice renovation they have done on this place! It's also very close to good restaurants, gas stations, shopping choices. Safe environment, too.

The room smelled like cats and there was cat litter on the dirty floor.

Staff was great, pleasant cheerful and helpful. The fan in the bathroom was not working and the room had a strong musty smell.

The staff, and breakfast was great. The room was just ok. Linens and towels were clean. Hotel is old but has been updated a little. Room was well used. Needed a good cleaning, especially the floors.

The staff was great, the lady at the front desk was great. A/C worked well. Didn't get the breakfast, but the coffee was good.

I felt like I was fed a bill of goods about this place. Breakfast was barely tolerable. Exercise room was filthy. No towels, no sanitary wipes for anything. One filthy yoga mat. Shower smelled like pee. Everything smelled of pot and cigarette smoke.

The staff was super nice, and itnwas a perfectly nice hotel. The room, however, was not totally clean. Thankfully I brought Clorox wipes, I had to wipe down all surfaces. The sink handles in the bathroom had something on them, I'm not sure what. The hallway carpets were also really dirty, hadn't been vacuumed during the time we were there. It wasn't worth alerting anyone about, I just wanted people to be aware that they might want to wipe down surfaces in their room when they arrive.

The staff was very helpful. Very easy to check in. No elevator & being over 65 was a bit difficult to get my luggage upstairs. It was fairly clean & quiet. The pool is in another building across from the hotel. I really didn’t feel safe. Perhaps because the surrounding were questionable.

While at the pool I was solicited by a young girl asking for a ride to a store for food. Trembling from HVAC system was so bad I couldn’t sleep and requested a room change to the 2nd floor, but only slightly diminished. Felt like a mini earthquake tremor. Couldn’t sleep all night. Worst..went to breakfast, with Do not disturb’ hanger on door. When I returned, my door was open with the hinge propped so it couldn’t close and hanger on the floor, for anyone to walk in! Thank goodness I took my phone, iPad, wallet etc. Worst experience ever.

Breakfast was very good. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The cooling system worked well and we got a good night's sleep.

Traveling from New England to Nashville and Harrisonburg was right about the halfway point. I stopped to look up accommodations for the night and this hotel was highly rated on the website. The price was very good also. Everything is in order and clean. The bed is comfortable and there are a lot of food options in the area. The staff has been very friendly. I ended up having to unexpectedly stay another night and although the circumstances could be better, the hotel is fantastic. I highly recommend it.
