Excellent hotel

Hotel was clean, centrally located near the campus and convenient.

Staff was hospitable and helpful. The property is nice and in a good location. The artwork on display is a nice add on.

If you are traveling alone or with elderly I would not recommend this property. The walk from the front door to the elevator was long for someone with mobility issues. Also had to unload car onto cart, then go park you vehicle in the parking deck which is a block away, then walk to the elevator through the court yard to get to the hotel elevator which takes you to the hotel lobby on the 2nd floor. Then go retrieve your cart and walk to a different elevator to get to your floor (alllllllllll the way on the other side of the building). Would not recommend if you are traveling alone or with elderly who have mobility issues. The front desk was not very helpful either. Seemed like I was bothering their "gossip" time when I asked where can I leave my cart or can I leave my vehicle parked while I go unload the cart into the room. Did not get much of a response except a mumbled "yes" which really did not answer my question. So I left my cart and moved my car first. I was already tired and did not want to go to the room, go back down, drive to parking deck then go back to my room. Was really a hassle to stay here.

The live musician wasn’t very good and didn’t help himself by being too loud. But I did like the plentiful USB ports in the room. And the price of a room is good.

Nice location and comfortable space. Enjoyed the on-site restaurant for dinner. Went to use the pool and its floor appeared in need of cleaning so I passed.

Lovely hotel and ambiance, clean and appreciate the safety features requiring key to access elevator. Good food & service at Montys restaurant, convenient & variety of breakfast options as well.

The hotel was clean and you never had to wait long for an elevator. I never had any problems in the parking garage either. The front desk could have been a little more pleasant but other than that, the hotel exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay there again.

We love the location of this hotel! The restaurant staff is amazing. Hotel is clean and well maintained overall but they need to update their bedding and pillows. The sheets were pilled and the pillows had no support. Did not make for a good night sleep both nights.

Staff was very pleasant. The restaurant was closed on Sunday and the coffee shop closed late morning. Would be nice to be able to get afternoon snacks or have the option for a meal on Sunday. The facility was clean and well kept.

Nice hotel. Lovely staff. Only problem was lack of carts available to bring our luggage fownstsirs at checkout. We had to make multiple trips to bring our things down. No carts. No help.
