Was a very beautiful and clean hotel. Staff was friendly. Definitely stay here again.

Pool was great. Bar food delicious. And live music ! Bed comfortable and staff so kind. Great place to stay!

Rooms are clean and spacious, coffee shop is great, location is convenient to campus and downtown.

Interesting fact , the staff is so accustom to this smell they can’t tell when you ask them what died in the room. The Hotel is advertised as a 4 star hotel . It is more like a 1 star with the shine worn off . When we registered we were advised that the rooms are not cleaned until we leave and if we need towels then we need to ask for them. 4 Star ??? You sure?? The room we finally ended up in had a different phone in it . Let me explain . When you call the front desk they see what phone you are calling from. So when we asked for towels to be brought to our room the person on the other end confirmed a different room number . We corrected them. They were insistent . So we shared that we were in room # x and we didn’t have any control over the musical chairs they had played with the last guest . So how can I help you plan better . Go somewhere else. This hotel is close to the University but that is not worth the aggravation or all the ways the staff here find to ruin your day. Stay anywhere but here

The location can't be beat, and the building is upscale. Every employee we dealt with was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean. The beds and pillows weren't very comfortable, and the bathroom had a barn style door, which literally nobody wants in a hotel room. In addition to hearing every neighbor open and close the door to their room, you can also hear every time they slide the bathroom door and fumble with the stupid metal hook that holds the bathroom doors closed. Also, they advertised a breakfast buffet at their restaurant, but didn't have one the morning we were there. We were forced to eat rubbery, microwaved egg sandwiches from their cafe.

The staff here went above and beyond. Someone in our group had a medical emergency in the lobby and they handled matters like pros. Made a difficult situation much easier to navigate and even helped find a diamond that had fallen out of a wedding ring during the medical emergency. I would definitely stay here again.

Cool location. Great staff that was very helpful. Had a big snafu on my part and desk was extremely accommodating. Very much appreciated. Not much food choice in area from what I could tell.
