The room was clean and had a large new tv. The staff was nice. The breakfast in the morning was awesome and I loved the restaurant staff. The only negative thing was I wanted to get my waters and diet Pepsi cold but the tiny refrigerator didn't work. I did let the staff know when I checked out. She thanked me for letting them know and said she would get it checked out.

My husband and I have stayed at a lot of hotels over the years, and this was by far the best hotel we've ever stayed at. The staff was friendly. The food was incredible, and the beds were extremely comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and I will definitely refer friends and family to this hotel. Thank you for an amazing stay. The only part of our stay that we didn't like was our bathroom door made a lot of noise when trying to open it

Either housecleaning or a guest with access to our room tried to open the door without knocking in the morning. Thank goodness we had the door block up; it was very scary.

Walking distance to many restaurants and activities/attractions. Clean. Room was nice, large flat screen. Rain shower head was wonderful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Enjoyed the Indoor pool which was heated and clean. Out door pool wasn’t heated but clean. I booked the 5th floor Executive King room 508 which came with a free complimentary breakfast ticket for my husband and I. It’s a buffet style breakfast and isn’t free. Simple scrambled eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, sausage and bacon fruit etc. breakfast was very bland.

Property is well positioned near the Orion Amphitheater for easy walking to any show. The whole area is a well kept entertainment district but also nice and quiet for sleeping. The staff were kind and attentive!

The hotel was located in convenient access to shopping and restaurants. The staff were efficient. The breakfast was fresh and had a good selection of food to choose. The room’s bed was very comfortable with ample pillows and nice bedding. Bathroom was clean and stocked with toiletries & towels. The only issue that was bothersome is that the carpet is in need of replacing. It detracted from my giving another star. I would still recommend this Holiday Inn for its overall cleanliness and its amenities. However, I would recommend the carpet be replaced because it does detract from the room’s general comfort.

Location. Cleanliness. Stayed here several times always clean, breakfast good. Pools great. Room wasnt ready, and staff overwhelmed so not a good check in experience.
