Only dislike was that there is an additional charge if you want daily room service

Room was clean. Staff were attentive

Lots of men drinking and smoking weed in the parking lot upon arrival the first night.

Floors inside the room and out were dirty. Didn’t look like our room had been cleaned. Hair and trash on the floor. The sheets also seem questionable and cheap. Staff was not the most friendly and often not at the front desk. I was not impressed with our stay.

The bed was comfortable and the kitchen inside the room. Very spacious! Thin walls, we could hear EVERYTHING. Our neighbors were so loud being intimate it was like they were in our room. People running down halls screaming and stomping loud. Ceiling in hallway was missing, when we got there the elevator was not working, so my daughter and I had to go up 2 flights of stairs with heavy suitcases. People hanging in the parking lot with tables, bbqing, music playing loud and staring looking suspect. Room was not fully clean, dirt stains in tub and hair. When we checked in, the person on duty was outside smoking, literally had to see us coming in but we still had to ring the bell. Just ghetto!

They stay was okay except that people above was very noisy ALL NIGHT LITERALLY!!! 😡 And no one stays at the desk. Tried get new towels, ring bell 3 times and no one comes to front, 3 different times i did this. Bring your own dish soap if plan to wash dishes

Location was a plus. 5-10 minutes away from everything Shower head held together by electric tape (I'm not kidding). Notifying staff went NOWHERE, not even an apology

The floors were filthy

The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. It was wonderful having a full kitchen and a Keurig coffee maker as I am such a lover of great coffee. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The amenities in the bathroom were very few. The location was perfect.

The water pressure was horrible. The walls are super thin and you can hear everything happening. The television smelled like urine, why I have no idea. The location was good close to downtown which was the best.

The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. The only minor issue encountered was the handle for the shower needed to be tightened up. My husband is working in the area and will be staying here frequently.

This hotel is super nice and just opened up! It's really close to everything you'd need, and it totally has all the stuff for you and your family to have a great time.10 out of 10 would recommend.

Clean!!

After staying for almost three weeks- kitchen is doable, bear minimum provided. In the time we were there, our room was cleaned one time because there were not enough housekeepers. The lady who did clean was very sweet. Mikalylah? Staff that were helpful, friendly and polite... Torey, Harrison, Natalie and Tia, and a few others. Two women at the front desk whom I will not name were not only unfriendly, but seemed to have been bothered whenever I had a need, i.e. more towels or the times I had to be let in to do use the clothes dryer at the sister property because they didn't work at Everhomes. I did appreciate speaking with the manager, Tiffany, and I feel like she respected my complaint. I also felt safe there, which was nice since, my husband was away during weekdays, to work.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and check-in/check-out was smooth and efficient. The location was convenient and made it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants. I also appreciated the amenities provided. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay and would consider returning in the future.

The not so good We stayed here in the same room for two weeks and five days. Because we extended our stay, though we stayed in the same room, we had to ask to have our sheets changed. That happened on our ninth day, ONLY because I had to ask three times. Dishes- two plates two saucers two juice glasses and two “full” sized glasses. One butter knife two forks and two spoons. There were three spoons/spatulas and a pot and small pan. Also a tea pitcher, measuring cup and colander. thankfully I brought dishes from home! I also went to Walmart and bought silverware. My biggest issues- it was more likely no one would be at the front desk than for somebody be to be there. The dryers did not work “temporarily out of order.” So, every time I did wash I had to go across a parking lot to their sister property to use the dryer. This is where I was losing my grace. EVERY time I went over which was approximately 8-10 times total I had to wait on someone to let me in. Okay fair enough, except THREE different occasions, laundry basket in hand, a lady by the name, Jazz, would not acknowledge me. She would stare at me like I was an inconvenience. Every time, I would politely say, would you please let me in so I can use the dryer, or pick up my clothes. Gods honest truth. I promise I am a patient grace filled woman. That employee was awful!

Check in time was 3pm, our room was not ready till after 4:30pm. Ended up not staying there due to bad smell on floor and room. It was a conjoined room so the room beside us the guests were very loud.

Everything was excellent except water pressure was very low Low water pressure

My family of four stayed here for four days and three nights in a two-queen bed suite. Unfortunately, the experience fell below expectations. The room had several cleanliness issues, including dust on doors and other obviously visible areas, crumbs, hair on the floors, and stained pink sheets that gave the impression they should have been replaced. The refrigerator appeared cleaned but wasn't thoroughly wiped down. The shower had low water pressure and warm water the first night, though the temperature improved afterward. We also expected the sofa to be a pull-out sleeper, but it was just a standard couch. The biggest concern was that around 8:30 a.m. the next morning after checking in, a staff person opened our room door unannounced because it had been mistakenly marked as vacant and didn't show anyone checked in from the previous night. Thankfully, I was near the door and stopped the entry immediately while my family was still sleeping. Finally, we observed what appeared to be an active roach issue, with several outside the entrances and in the kitchen area of our suite. This property has potential, but it needs improvements in housekeeping, pest control, and room management.
