I will always choose this hotel whenever I’m in Huntsville for the night or two. It’s very comfortable and I sleep like a baby. It’s in a great location

After checking in l, my wife and myself went to our room. Upon opening the door, she noticed a very large water bug on the floor. Not sure if the bug was dead or alive. I went to receptionist to share our experience, she seemed totally disinterested about my concern. She didn’t offer another room, a refund, or any kind of credit or adjustment. After just waiting for a response from her, I decided to check out literally after being there for about 2-3mins. Horrible experience

They where able to extend my time and give me extra time if needed after I had drove 9 hours to be with my child who was hit by a car! Very thankful No issues

Good location. Clean room and I like that it is fully furnished. The only thing that we don’t like was you can hear the noise and I’m not sure maybe somebody threw a tantrum upstairs or kids jumping around. That was the only thing that I’m not crazy about. They kept us awake that night.

I was close to everything It wasn’t clean, you can hear people walking above you and the door next to my room want locking and someone had entered the guest room without their knowledge.

Cleanliness!

The property was very comfortable and in a great location I wasn’t too fond of the limited parking near the hotel. Being a female I didn’t feel safe coming in at night without there being security on the property.

However, there was a few who were smoking weed in their rooms, and it wasn't pleasant.
