Clarion Pointe Huntsville Research Park

The room was location was Great! Cleanliness was great! The staff was helpful and informative.Jamilla was very kind in giving a "refund".without us even asking due to the pool being in maintenance on the 2nd day and the day of checkout it would've been ready about 30 minutes before checkout.Thank you!.Plenty clean towels for the pool.EVERYONE was polite and kind.

Tv didn’t work

Pool was nice. We had a room that overlooked the pool, and that was really nice. Friendly staff. Near the space and rocket museum. Comfortable bed. Some of the furniture was pretty banged up and needs to be updated.

The Clarion is my first pick option when I go to Huntsville, Alabama I didn't like that my bathtub drained slowly collecting as I showered.

Great room for the price. It was quiet, has black out curtains plus shutters on the windows!! The king size bed was very comfortable. It’s located next to a little shopping center and plenty of places to eat.

It was very close to the location for why we visit Huntsville each year.

Room was clean. Small stain in tub but rest of room was fine. AC worked fine. Breakfast included eggs, biscuits, meat, muffins, waffles, juices. All room doors enter from outside. Parking spaces are tight in some places but there was plenty of parking. Had $2 occupancy tax that was not shown on my hotels.com reservation. Check-in and check-out were problem free.

I arrived around midnight and had to literally pound on the door for five minutes to get someone to let me in for check in. This was after calling and letting it ring for five minutes. I watched the lady working there stand in a back room hearing it ring and do nothing until I pounded on the door hard enough. That was just to check in. Then the room smelled awful, like mildew and mothballs. The furniture was beat up and nothing about this place was good. I didn't even complete my stay and went elsewhere for the remaining nights. Just awful in every way, but at least I got a refund through Expedia.

Staff members were all very kind, property is in dire need of a big update. Our room smelled of mold/mildew. Signs of mold on lamps and appliances. The carpet was sticky and clearly old. The AC was so loud, we had to get creative to get it quiet to sleep. We left a night early because of these reasons and more. We were given a refund but still haven’t recent we that.

The dark rooms and the lightening I really liked it I don’t have anything for the dislike i really enjoyed my stay
