There are no free amenities like bottled water. They do have a water dispenser in the lobby which is free for guests. There is a pool but the door is locked so you’ll need to ask someone to open it for you and you’ll need to ask for towels as well. The doors are often locked even during the day or night so you’ll need your key on you to ensure you can get in and out at all time. Also note that making ANY adjustments to your reservation once you’ve checked in may be difficult if not impossible. Also, if you’ve booked a room for two and a third person is with you (even to assist you with bringing items in) you may be questioned. There are coffee makers in the room but you’ll have to ask for the coffee pot. All of this is unique to anywhere I’ve stayed before. With the staff, Neil was a helpful and accommodating, but I did hear others complain about personnel and felt they would benefit from adjusting their tone when speaking to people and speak with kindness. If southern hospitality is made the goal then this adjustment will be an easy one. So net/net this place got the job done but I am unsure if I’d come back again.

It was an okay stay. Don’t get there too early had to wait two hours before we could get a room

The breakfast offered could have been better. Stating it was a buffet was not quite the truth.
-
Location was super. It was close to all I wanted to do and see.
-
The location was easy to find. The staff that checked me in was very rude. She argued that a passport nor a military ID were valid forms of ID and demanded I give her a driver's license which I didn't have. The room was missing light bulbs in the lamps. The pool/whirlpool were in need of repairs with broken tiles and jets that did not work. Additionally, the water temperature was no where near hot, lukewarm at best.

Clean room and great staff. The front desk manager, he may be the GM was very friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms and friendly staff.
-
No one was there , not a single person, staff or guest but the property was unlocked.
-
I liked everything except the night time employee who was extremely rude. The night time desk clerk.
-
The room was clean, the front desk people were nice. The kitchen staff was very disrespectful. I do not recommend this. The elevator was broke and I had to walk 3 flights of stairs to get to room.

Cleanliness and great location

The shower curtain was not long enough allowing water to flow onto the floor. The breakfast was poor. Watery eggs, not much in offerings. The waffle maker burnt the batter. The coffee was watered down, very weak. The whole place seemed to be run on a shoestring. There was a large patio outside of the pool area. It had no furniture. There was a sitting area in the elevator area on the sevond floor, where they finally gave us a room, this area also had no furniture except for a credenza. We had a king size bed. The room had these 1/2 size pillows that made it very uncomfortable to sleep. We normally take are time to leave but we were gone by 8:00 am. On the way out the front desk clerk said they would not have stuck us with the 24 hour cancellation notice if we wanted to go elsewhere because of the elevator. The checkin clerk never mentioned this.

Good brand, clean, good location Micromanaging staff. I was scrutinized for choosing a King room with our small boys. They took the position that 3people need two queens “but we’ll let it slide this time” and then at breakfast they policed it should be eaten in dining area not to room.

Soon as you walked into the hotel it smelled bad the elevator was broken so we had to take the stairs and had to use a lil elevator thing to put our staff on and they sent it up to the floor we was on and in the stairs hall was trash bags and got into the room and it smelled so bad the floor was so nasty and had spots and the bath tub didn’t look clean and the staff try to give use spray to spray the room and didn’t try to move use to another room so we left because I have to kids and one is a 3 year old that likes to be in the Floor and he said we wouldn’t get money back

No thing Stuff are so rude
-
Only issue is making a left turn out of the lot, but traffic was never too heavy to impair us.
-
The clerks are to rude for me. Never go again
