Ok, first they have breakfast but you’re not “allowed” to take it to your room lol. Mind you they have a tiny area to eat..! So breakfast was pointless… strike one.. strike 2.. toilet leaked the whole time. Room smelled like mildew, but since I’ve stayed at comforts in 4 states lately, apparently they all do. Maybe it’s their custom scent, idk. Can’t speak on the fitness center as I didn’t go. Overall I’d never return here

Sewer smell in room from sink drain, non-working TV, unrepaired water damage and not the friendliest staff. Will definitely stay elsewhere next trip

Overall, the hotel was great. The only drawback was the fact we could not use the whirlpool as it was overrun with children for about 6 hours.

The room was clean the staff was friendly and the breakfast was fair. I would stay there again

There are no free amenities like bottled water. They do have a water dispenser in the lobby which is free for guests. There is a pool but the door is locked so you’ll need to ask someone to open it for you and you’ll need to ask for towels as well. The doors are often locked even during the day or night so you’ll need your key on you to ensure you can get in and out at all time. Also note that making ANY adjustments to your reservation once you’ve checked in may be difficult if not impossible. Also, if you’ve booked a room for two and a third person is with you (even to assist you with bringing items in) you may be questioned. There are coffee makers in the room but you’ll have to ask for the coffee pot. All of this is unique to anywhere I’ve stayed before. With the staff, Neil was a helpful and accommodating, but I did hear others complain about personnel and felt they would benefit from adjusting their tone when speaking to people and speak with kindness. If southern hospitality is made the goal then this adjustment will be an easy one. So net/net this place got the job done but I am unsure if I’d come back again.

It was an okay stay. Don’t get there too early had to wait two hours before we could get a room

The breakfast offered could have been better. Stating it was a buffet was not quite the truth.
-
Clean room and great staff. The front desk manager, he may be the GM was very friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

Micromanaging staff. I was scrutinized for choosing a King room with our small boys. They took the position that 3people need two queens “but we’ll let it slide this time” and then at breakfast they policed it should be eaten in dining area not to room.

Soon as you walked into the hotel it smelled bad the elevator was broken so we had to take the stairs and had to use a lil elevator thing to put our staff on and they sent it up to the floor we was on and in the stairs hall was trash bags and got into the room and it smelled so bad the floor was so nasty and had spots and the bath tub didn’t look clean and the staff try to give use spray to spray the room and didn’t try to move use to another room so we left because I have to kids and one is a 3 year old that likes to be in the Floor and he said we wouldn’t get money back

Only issue is making a left turn out of the lot, but traffic was never too heavy to impair us.

The clerks are to rude for me. Never go again

my only complaint was mold in edges of where tub comes to meet tile in shower. Other than that it was a great property.

Needed extra blankets and pillows. Was disappointed in the hot tub and pool. Hot tub needs to be fixed. Was not very hot and pool was supposed to be heated but wasn't.
