The location is in Research Park, which is convenient to a lot of the attractions in the city. I was only offered 2nd floor, but there is no elevator. Outside of that, I decided to check out early due to bad weather coming the day of my original departure. I called booking.com and they said that they would edit the booking as long as the hotel agreed. They reached out several times to the lobby that never answered. They eventually created a case, and I went to the lobby myself to speak with the manager who never showed up over the 2 days that I tried to handle this. The hotel staff eventually told me that booking would have to edit it and they would accept the edit. Called booking again who said the same thing, and tried to reach back out to the lobby to get it done. Same run around as before. I went back to the lobby with booking on the phone, only yo finally be told that they don’t do edits and would not edit it or refund the early checkout. I was told that the manager may be there on my checkout date and to try to reach them then, but it would have been after the time that I needed to leave to be ahead of the weather. I would see if I was checking out early without notice, but it was more than 48hrs. Horrible customer service.

Staff was friendly Our room was not cleaned / refreshed- we stayed 2 nights and thought that was customary.

The location was immaculate. The staff was excellent. The rooms looked newly renovated. Breakfast was served 6a-9a.

We did not stay but still was charged

This was BY FAR THE WORST place I’ve EVER stayed. I booked it because it had pretty decent reviews but I wish I hadn’t. It is so nasty and dirty. The floor was covered in trash and dirt. The appliances were not cleaned. The toilet was nasty. The beds had tons of stains on sheets, pillows, and bedding. There was bugs on the floor. The sink pipes were leaking all the water out onto the floor. When I checked in staff said there was no King rooms cleaned which is what I booked, so they gave us a double but none of the rooms were cleaned so what’s the point! I will never book this place again please be aware and do NOT book!

The staff had pressure cleaned outside the walls and sprayed water where the air conditioning vents were. Our suitcase was laying on the floor under the air conditioning unit and water was coming in. All our clothes were wet, suitcases was wet and left a large puddle of water on the floor. As we tried to get the water off the floor, lay our hand on the wall and it gave away. Because water was also was been coming in the upstairs floor. My allergies had been bothering me, and I think there might be mold starting in the walls. We never heard back from the manager , we had a 13 hour drive, so we left before the manager showed up Never hearing anything management, like him expressing a apology Steven, did you get your clothes?

Disappointing

Overall, very good! They had the keys ready for us when we arrive between 11 and 12 PM just like they said they would. The rooms were old, rustic, but very nice and well kept. The breakfast was limited, but quality in the coffee was fabulous! They gave us a late checkout just like they said they would. Our pregame meal arrived at 11:30 AM and they allowed us to use the restaurant tables and shares to eat it! Would recommend this place to anyone!

Pleasant stay overall but rowdy guests/visitors in parking lot at 2am was disturbing on our second night. Room is attractive with nice lighting, contemporary bathroom and comfy bed. Breakfast wasn’t notable but adequate to get you going. I have stayed at this property more than once and staff is always pleasant. I will return.
