I had to move rooms after the first night of my stay because the room's floors and walls were built out of paper. After driving over 8 hours to the hotel, I placed on the second floor. In the room above, I heard something that sounded like a dog with the zoomies. It went on for almost hour before I went to see them the first desk and let them know. They called, but it did not stop the sound. I called back and was told that they said it was a baby and I would just need to get over it. The front desk said their "hands were tied." It was after 10 p.m. at this point. It stopped and started up after midnight waking me out of my sleep. I was then offered the chance to move because the people above me were not going to stop. I am very disappointed as I paid for two weeks and had to downgrade my room because they didn't want to inconvenience another family by asking them to respect quiet hours. I was very disappointed. The mattress left me with horrible back pain. Would not recommend.

The property is very well maintained the bed, however was just not for me. And that would be my only complaint. Otherwise great for the money spent

Our stay was wonderful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very nice hotel. We will definitely recommend and return again.

It was a good value and close to Crestwood Hospital.

This property has been weaponized by the staff for the promotion of and exploitation of criminal activity.

You pay for a clean room and that is what you get...not much else. But the location was great..the grounds were well kept.

We have stayed here twice now. We stay here when we go to a concert at the Orion Amphitheater. We park at the hotel and walk. It’s less than a mile and the roads are well maintained. The hotel is nice. I love the kitchen space. Bed is springy but it’s tolerable for a night. That’s the only ding I would give. The combination of the low cost of the room, nice location, well trained staff, and well maintained rooms makes this place a 5 start stay for me!

Kind of a bare bones extended stay operation, but provides the essentials and is clean, reasonable, and well located. Bring most everything you’ll need, including washcloths and towels, silverware, glasses, coffee maker, plates, cups, etc. as they provide a bare minimum of linens and nothing else. But solid and dependable otherwise.

Very clean, large rooms, great staff. 10/10 recommend.

When I first checked in my room wasn’t ready and i didn’t check in until about 10:30pm not sure why the room wasn’t ready so they had to move me to another room
