Very well maintained property and extremely nice staff

Great i always love my stay here

Nothing worked no towels when we needed them cafe was never opened cover was dirty

One of the house cleaning ladies that I met in the hallway her name was Onika. She was very kind My room was dirty, the sheets and towels and the refrigerator and no one came to clean or change anything after I requested

The property is in need of renovation but the onsite breakfast option was good.

It was okay, but there are better choices for the price.Very disappointed there was no breakfast. $12 to 15 for a burrito bowl, and $7 Starbucks coffee is fine if that's your thing. The room and the staff were fine. MDB.

The hotel was clean and nice Location and snacks

It was very convenient and clean , the only thing I didn’t like was noise we was put on floor with lots of kids. Other than that it was ok

Clean just renovated close to food and shopping

This hotel has seen better days. I expect better conditions in a Marriott property. We were placed in a first floor room with a terribly stained carpet. A strong smell hit us as soon as we opened the door. The room was so humid that the pillows and bed cover felt damp. We finally decided to switch rooms when we realized that our door would not lock. The staff was kind and polite and switched us immediately. The next room on the second floor was much better, but still had an odd cabbagy smell. The upside - the bathrooms were clean.

Close to UAH, shopping, and restaurants

It was memorial weekend and the pool was supposed to be open, but it had algae still in it.

Room was clean!! Price was great!!

My room was nice and clean. The staff were friendly too. The only complaint is the microwave was terrible!

I ate elsewhere No microwave or frig and the pillows needed to be discarded!

The entrance/parking lot was clean. The room was clean as well. I liked that it was kind of hidden behind another store. Most of the attractions were no more than 5 min away.
