Hotel was staff admitted short staffed, causing a lag in some services. Staff on site was overwhemed but they did the best they could. Driveway to the hotel can be confusing with the surroundng businesses driveway on top of each other.

Nothing about the hotel star but there was an issue when I checked in with how they charged my card. Luckily they got it fixed but it was very stressful at first.
