Room was clean, equipped with a functional kitchen and the A.C. was good. Staff was super friendly including Alicia Burris who went above and beyond making sure we were taken care of. Great location and very reasonable price for a 2 bedroom King Suite. Would book again.

Great room. Great location. Wished we could have stayed longer

The hotel was really nice however the elevator on the right side of the building was out of order. It was either a long walk from the opposite end to catch the elevator or take the stairs. After speaking with the front desk clerk it was stated it’s been out for months and probably won’t be fixed in time for AAMU homecoming.

It used to be a nice hotel but the last couple of times I have been here, my room wasn't clean cr the previous person. The disgusting bathroom and unhelpful staff.

The Afro-American gentleman that worked the front desk July18,2026 I arrived about noon he was so helpful and I apologize. I forgot his name. He suggested restaurants in the area provide a good suggestions for sightseeing pointed out the Walmart nearby. He just really went above and beyond and out of his way he was very professional and kind.

The 2 bedroom king suite was very spacious with lots of closet space, a washer and dryer and full kitchen. The floors weren't clean. There was no handsoap or toilet paper in the 2 rooms we reserved. We had to go to the front desk and ask for it. There was not shampoo, conditioner or body wash in the shower dispensers.

The room was available when I arrived. The staff was wonderful and the room was immaculate.

Great place to stay. Don’t expect a cart to help you take your stuff in though. If you ask staff where you can get one, they always say that someone has them.

The room appeared clean at first glance but it was dingy at baseboards, the platform bed was dusty. I slept in all my clothes. The bathroom had no soap, lotion etc. The area was a bit sketchy. I was Not comfortable. Staff was friendly

The walls are very thin, you can hear and smell everything that your neighbors are doing, it sounded like the folks above us were dragging furniture around the room all night and drop testing hammers, meanwhile the folks down the hall were cooking with the devils lettuce, so that was great. The property is nice and close to everything, cost is great compared to other spots close by, the staff were super helpful and very nice, I just won't be staying there again.
