Hilton Garden Inn Hattiesburg

Wish I would’ve known the pool wasn’t open. It wasn’t a deal breaker tho.

Would have been five star but the pillows were toooo soft and entry and parking not the best.

Very annoyed and frustrated. The entire reason I selected this hotel was because it had an indoor pool. When we got there, we were informed it was closed. I feel like this was something we should have been given advance notice of so that we could make different arrangements. I had my kids with me. Completely ruined our trip.

Do not stay here. The room door did not work, the staff was very rude and the air conditioner did not work. The rooms are old and it certainly does not meet the standard you would expect with the Hilton name attached.

Red stuff on toilet seat, poor maintenance such as touch-up paint that didn’t match, gaps in the wall, etc. Paid breakfast was horrible. Overall it was not worth the high cost. Bar served beer only. Only good thing was the hot tub was nice and hot. Housekeeping ladies were very nice and cleaned the toilet seat and apologized. However they were also in the hallway complaining about their jobs for some time. Pool had a light broken off sitting on the side of the pool, pools area was messy with towels, trash, balloons, chairs all over the place. Priced way too high.

I always stay at Hilton for my daughter’s bday- she always has the Queen Suite and they have a good time and utilize the pool. The only downside this year was that the jacuzzi didn’t work in the room, the charger ports did not work, Our refrigerator DID NOT work, nor did our microwave. We did report that it probably was a breaker issue but no one came to research. Also, night staff shunned the kids for going to the front desk to ask to warm their pizza. We had NO MICROWAVE so what else were they to do? The room was clean, the staff was nice, I just didn’t have the best experience because nothing was operable in the room. I also didn’t appreciate the manner at which the night staff spoke to my guests

The location was good and the inside pool and the fact that they had a hot tub. The hot tub was not hot. I don’t know if it was not working properly. The sign next to it said the maximum temperature was 104 but it never warmed up to anything near that.

It was close to the place I needed to be The shower had hair all in it, it was nasty!

I called the front desk and maintenance was not on staff and they couldn’t switch me to another room for whatever reason so I had a non functional toilet for my stay. No offer of a discount, a free breakfast or even a bottle of water. Who stays anywhere without a toilet????

Jacuzzi doesn’t work. Ask for a manager to see why it wasn’t place on the website . This was a birthday self care night , unfortunately pool cold and jacuzzi didn’t work . Broken for weeks according to maintenance associate . Next trash outside the hotel was over flowing. I couldn’t even place a drink can in either one of the trash can outside the facility .

The staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay!!!

I requested wheelchair accessible. I had a bathtub so I was not able to shower.

Front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating for earlier check in. Cleaning staff rushed to get out rooms ready for earlier check in. We had traveled from out if state to go to an evening wedding but last minute had to attend a family funeral the morning of the wedding. Staff worked hard and accommodating an earlier check in to get ready for funeral

Pool unavailable as painting. Hot tub not working Room was not cleaned or was bed made. No fresh towels and no hand soap or glass in bathroom
