Ample parking, well lit and safe area. Clean comfortable rooms, plenty of space. Incredible water pressure in the shower! Good breakfast, nice coffee bar with lots of options. Convenient location, easy access to major highways, but also on a quiet street convenient to campus.

Everything worked out very well for us. The staff (Brittany and the Maintenance guy were great) -the Room was clean. Great Parking and the Breakfast provided everything we needed to get us on our way.

Good location, right off the interstate. Staff were very friendly and helpful. When I stayed there were several little league teams staying in the hotel so it was a little noisy.

The front desk person was away when we arrived and we waited for 10 minutes. She was very helpful and got us extra towels and bedding needed for all of us. The hotel is clearly understaffed. Breakfast was okay but not enough seating space, so arrive early! The place is older and definitely needs an upgrade. The bathroom wasn't super clean and their body wash bottle in the shower was totally empty. The A/C had a moldy smell to it. TV didn't work and if my husband wasn't technically inclined, it would not have worked. The carpet and furniture were stained and unkept.

Plenty of choices

This has always been a regular for us on the way to the coast but this year was enough for us to find a different hotel when traveling next year. We had two rooms, when we woke up the next morning we noticed one room didn’t have hot water, informed front desk, although they were nice, no solution was offered other than basically sorry about that. Not even another room just to shower in. So all 9 of us had to share the one shower we had in the other room we had reserved. Then went down at 8:30 for breakfast, it closes at 9, and they were out of a lot of things and we were informed they would not be cooking more. Called customer service a couple days later and all they were willing to offer was a $30 credit. Didn’t expect a full refund but I felt half would’ve been fair. I’ll find another hotel from here on out with better customer service.

Room layout was good. The colors were nice but updates to room are needed. The transition trim from carpet to tile was missing and something was poking up. The grout is missing in the bathroom tiles and hallway. Carpet in the hallway leading to rooms is dirty. Painting is needed above the beds. Not against the hotel staff but unsupervised kids set off the alarm system.

Hotel is under remodel. Juice machine was out of order and breakfast was small.
