The welcoming staff was great. Super friendly and attentive.

Everything worked out very well for us. The staff (Brittany and the Maintenance guy were great) -the Room was clean. Great Parking and the Breakfast provided everything we needed to get us on our way.

This has always been a regular for us on the way to the coast but this year was enough for us to find a different hotel when traveling next year. We had two rooms, when we woke up the next morning we noticed one room didn’t have hot water, informed front desk, although they were nice, no solution was offered other than basically sorry about that. Not even another room just to shower in. So all 9 of us had to share the one shower we had in the other room we had reserved. Then went down at 8:30 for breakfast, it closes at 9, and they were out of a lot of things and we were informed they would not be cooking more. Called customer service a couple days later and all they were willing to offer was a $30 credit. Didn’t expect a full refund but I felt half would’ve been fair. I’ll find another hotel from here on out with better customer service.

Room layout was good. The colors were nice but updates to room are needed. The transition trim from carpet to tile was missing and something was poking up. The grout is missing in the bathroom tiles and hallway. Carpet in the hallway leading to rooms is dirty. Painting is needed above the beds. Not against the hotel staff but unsupervised kids set off the alarm system.

Hotel is under remodel. Juice machine was out of order and breakfast was small.

AC unit was weak but the staff brought up a fan.

Our beds were hard as rocks so we barely slept any. I was also missing a pillow, and they were out of extras. The pool is small, was super dirty (very cloudy, beer cans and crawfish pieces at the bottom that we stepped on to find). Breakfast was good with a lot of options.

Love the spaciousness of the King suite!!

Not clean, pool was out of service 2 of our days there, management was not helpful until I demanded them to do something. I finally got a discount.

Good breakfast. First room had the wires and modem pulled loose from tv. I was given a free upgrade to another room. Ongoing remodeling left debris on the carpet in the hallway.

Well done. I will absolutely stay here again.

Room was nice, clean, check in was smooth, the duty at the front desk was truly a gem. Breakfast was good. My only thing is the room had a strange odor like incense, it lingered on my clothing items.

Friendly staff

The rooms were very clean. The staff were all very well attentive to the guest.

Was the worst experience we have had since we started traveling. Checked in and room got there and tv didn’t work some lights over bed didn’t work and most of all air didn’t work. They moved us to another room get off elevator and floors look like a frat party gone wild and get to room walk in turn on lights and roaches or bed bugs start moving on bed walls and everywhere. Grabbed my bag and said to my husband nope hell no we are out. Got back in elevator down to lobby and showed video and asked if we wanted to try again. Nope do not we will go somewhere else. Said I had to contact Expedia since I booked through them said I would. We left. Called Expedia and they took care of us! Do Not Stay At this Hotel.

AC worked wonderfully Breakfast was good Room definitely could have been cleaner. Pool entry door did not work, we had to walk all the way around front every time going in/out Men's Bathroom in the lobby out of order Gym was closed, when we went back in the morning all the equipment was basically broken and dusty Would not recommended
