Best Western Plus University Inn

Awesome hotel . Awesome staff . Great nights rest .

The property is always in great condition and the staff is always very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in that area!

Great location to restaurants and shopping. The only issue is the parking was weird. The lot was very well lit. Breakfast was the best I've had at any hotel.

Location to restaurants and Interstate Need ice machine on each end of hall.

Good breakfast and helpful staff.

The staff I perssonally met (2 people at the desk) were excelent The bathroom was dirty, there were several long black hair in the tub (My hair is short and grey} the first towel, a hand towel, had a fresh stain on it. I had forgotten to my toothbrush, but there were none.

Front desk staff was very polite and helpful. Good location, big room and comfortable beds. Good breakfast with multiple selections of foods. There’s nothing to dislike.

Staff friendly I think house keeping should have used a newer mop the lobby and room smelt like sour milk. Other guest in lobby said the same comment

Clean room at comfortable beds

Nice, quiet hotel. Clean & spacious rooms. Nice size outdoor to help cool you down in the hot Mississippi heat. Convenient to the interstate, restaurants & shopping. Traffic may get heavy during USM home games.

Hotel was convenient, well maintained, with a friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent for this level of accommodation.

Great breakfast. Very spacious room, unfortunately it had a little smoky smell. Very helpful staff.

Check in was easy. Staff at front desk was friendly. Seems to be going through renovations. Piles of furniture and places unusable. Breakfast was decent. Rooms are spacious. Bathroom was not the cleanest. Probably the most mold I've ever seen in a hotel shower. If you are one to use the free toiletries, they do not refill the bottles in the shower. Bodywash was almost completely empty and conditioner was completely empty. Treadmill completely stopped working while I was on it. Wouldn't turn back on. Needs replaced. The rest of the fitness room was decent. We didn't use the outdoor pool. All in all, it wasn't so bad and we would stay again, but I feel like the price was high considering the issues at this particular location.

Had to change rooms because of cleanliness, finger smudges everywhere. Room I moved to had no lotion for after shower and only one regular coffee pod, but was clean. Mark at front desk was helpful in getting my room changed and looked for toothbrush because I forgot mine. They were put if them, so I had to go out to store to purchase one. This hotel used to be kept nicer.

It was niche and clean Location

The things that need to be improved: It is like the room was being remodeled and they just stopped before finishing. There was exposed wiring coming out into the floor from the AC. The room had multiple areas where the wall wasn’t painted. The suite’s couch fold-out mattress was by far the worst one in terms of comfort we have ever used. It was clean, but every spring could be felt.

The hotel is in a great location and safe. Our room was large and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was excellent. We checked in late and the nighttime desk person was pretty rude and seemed annoyed that we were there interrupting the game she continued playing on her phone the entire time she checked us in.

Best hotel in the area with decent pricing, no deposit due

The property is very clean. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Extremely CLEAN and very sweet staff. Breakfast was Motel 8 style. BREAKFAST
