It seemed clean. The water pressure was good. The lady working the desk when we checked out was super nice and professional. We'll probably stay here again the next time we're traveling through this area. The only thing that was glaringly obvious was cracks in the sink that made me wonder how clean it could be.

Perfect for a quick overnight stay. Very clean. Had to work to get the key cards to access room.

The bed was SO comfortable!! Breakfast was really good!!

Everything was very conveniently placed. Vending machines and ice machines were easy to get to. The staff was so sweet. We booked another night but my mother had to stay in the hospital so they were kind enough to issue a refund when I called to cancel the booking and explained the situation with my mother’s heart surgery. Will definitely stay here again!

I felt unwelcome from the moment I arrived. I have never experienced such poor customer service at any hotel. The way I was treated was both humiliating and embarrassing. During the check-in process, the staff refused to allow me to speak with a manager to address my concerns. Instead of attempting to resolve the situation professionally, I was left feeling dismissed and disrespected. Had I arrived earlier in the day and been able to find another hotel with available accommodations, I would have left immediately and stayed elsewhere. Unfortunately, due to the circumstances, I had no other option but to remain. This experience fell far below the level of professionalism and hospitality I expected, and it left me extremely disappointed with my stay There was no customer service, professionlism , staff was stressed in street clothes and sun glasses.

It was close to everywhere we needed to go. I loved the property, the beds was not comfortable, but everything else was great.

Not having a small refrigerator for cold food & drinks that one travels with.

Staff was great and the cost was very reasonable.

Almost everything was broken or chipped. The room was dirty! Hair in the sink, in the bathtub, DUSTY, broken fixtures, broken pieces of the wall, broken lights over the bed.. floors were FILTHY! Went down for breakfast and they had already put everything away before it was even time. Air conditioner didn’t work properly, the room stayed at 76 degrees the whole time. Awful experience.
