Came back to my room from work and found lash extensions and women’s jewelry in my room. Very odd.

I saw roaches in the common areas and in my room. The elevator and hallways were filthy. The first room I was given smelled of mold. The breakfast was empty one morning when I arrived and was told that it wouldn't be refilled since it was close to 10 am on a weekend. People were hanging outside smoking and the smoke came inside. I would not stay here again.

I liked the front desk agent. Although she claimed to be new to the job, and the check-in process took longer than it should have, she had a very professional and pleasant attitude. The front lobby did not look clean...The furniture was stained and needed to be cleaned, as well as the floors. The water/ice dispenser in the dining area needed cleaning, and the breakfast left a lot to be desired (the meat was floating in some type of liquid), so I did not indulge. The beds felt damp (I guess they were just cold as the A/C was set to 67), the mattresses were uncomfortable, and the room smelled as if the A/C filter had never been changed. Unfortunately, I forgot to bring my own pillow, and it was really needed. The pillows (and I use that term loosely) needed to be thrown away! There were extremely loud residents staying in (I assume) the room next-door, and when I reached for the telephone to call the front desk to complain, there was NO PHONE! I got little-to-no sleep as I was afraid someone would burst through the wall, or shots would be fired! This is not a hotel I would stay at again without some major updates! I wish it was possible to do a 'walk-through' to see the room(s) before paying! I would have probably been more comfortable sleeping in my vehicle...

They said my payment hadn’t processed so had to use a different payment form and still was charged by booking with no resolve They said my payments hadn’t processed so had to use different payment even Though it came out of my account and booking said it was paid and. Either company will refund my original payment

Location and price for last minute booking The website said the breakfast was 0430 to 1100 and that location was 0600 to 1000. So I wasnt able to get breakfast.

Bed was comfortable It was dirty, the lady training the front desk was rude, was given a visibly slept in bed at first then the second room had no TP had to go ask for it and again the trainer was rude and dismissive.
