The staff was amazing, the place was amazing and the food was amazing

Clean Booking system slow took 45 minutes to check in

Room was clean. We had pets and the staff was extremely helpful.

I never do reviews but I have to say this hotel is one of my favorite for my family & I. We stayed only one night but it’d be great for longer stays. From great working air conditioning, comfortable bed, amazing breakfast, welcoming staff , super quick and easy check in and lastly CLEAN. It was an amazing stay, 11AM check out was very convenient for us who made it in late enough time to rest , eat shower and repack. If needed we would have used the kitchen area honestly really beautiful. Thank you to everyone at this hotel and everyone who put in work for my stay on 6/4/2026.

As soon as we walked in the door it smelled nice in the hallway and in the room. I knew it was going to be a great stay. Honestly we were only there one night and I didn’t come across anything that i didn’t like.

I liked the location. It was near lots of restaurants & shipping plazas. No dislikes

The staff was really nice including the ladies taking care of breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, wow, that made it worth almost $200 a night. It was a great breakfast. The room itself pretty good. Bed was comfy, shower worked so no complaints. The only negative I would say is the entrance. It is really a tight squeeze to pull up and get you luggage out and onto the carts to roll in. Came right out and already two cars blocking my way out. People should know better than to do that but most people only care about themselves unfortunately. But changing the congestion back there might help alleviate some of the problem. Won't help the rude sadly!

They're renovating, which is a positive thing. No complaints at all. I received more than I expected. We were traveling to relocate to JAX, and I was surprised to receive a mini loft with a kitchen and utensils, allowing me to cook my leftovers from the fridge and prepare myself a yummy breakfast. The water pressure is good, there are plenty of towels and personal care products, and they have a pool and a gym if your stay is longer than a regular night. I don't have anything to say. They are currently updating the entire property.

The only reason I’m giving a four star is because the bathroom in our room had splatters on the wall and the toilet paper holder had been completely ripped off. I made sure the lady up front knew about it just in case I was charged. She was very helpful and apologetic when I checked out. The night shift front desk from the night before when I checked in was also very respectful and very nice too. Had warm cookies and free popcorn available.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. They are making upgrades. Work was happening in the room next to me. I went down for breakfast at 9a and there wasn't any hot food remaining and staff didn't put any more out.
