We always enjoy our stay here!

Staff was not helpful. The restroom was very dirty.

The hotel was being renovated which we did not know at all and everything was a problem! I will not stay here again!

Someone in room 423 had a dog that barked half the night

First off the smell of the hotel was AMAZING! Room was very clean and comfortable for my family. We LOVED that this hotel is so pet friendly. They had cute doggie treat goodie bags in the lobby! Awesome surrounding restaurants that are steps away. Safe parking lot for our vehicle packed with beach gear. I would definitely recommend!

There was no breakfast. Restaurant being remodeled. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean. Bed was very comfortable

The bar was closed was the only downer not knowing that!

Coffee in lobby with no tops for cups. Very unpleasant experience. I typically expect more from Indigo.

The room was clean and the bed was exceptionally comfy! The employees were friendly and helpful. No complaints!!

They were doing some remodeling but the lobby and hotel its self was clean. Our room however could have used a little TLC. Appeared they had not swept or vacuumed our room in a few stays.

The room was so moist. When we walked into the room it smelled like moisture and mildew. Everything cloth felt damp and clammy; especially the bed. Breathing in was like breathing in wet mildew, I don’t really know how else to explain it. It’s like the AC unit wasn’t pulling moisture out properly. With the AC off the smell was overpowering to the point of gagging. Room appeared clean but trash cans hadn’t been emptied and there was someone else’s floss in one of them and a used bandaid in another. Staff was 10/10

Staff - Front Desk - Michael- VERY RUDE upon check in and each time we passed the front desk he would not say hello. Terrible attitude and customer service. This is the reason I may never return there. When I checked in, I was told that no rooms were clean nor available until 3pm. I and my son sat in the lobby 25 minutes. A husband and wife walked in and immediately received a room. Unacceptable……..,,,

Check in lady was the sweetest! I checked in yesterday evening May 24 around 7ish 8ish! She was nice! Got to the room… cleanliness was not maintained at all! Crumbs, dirty shower, dust and smudge prints were on doors! Bed comfy couldn’t hear noise from neighbors! Let down by the bar renovations I really enjoy this bar when I stay here! Fitness center was great!!! As usual!!!! Overall.. I would stay again! Just hoping cleanliness is better! If not… no biggie! That’s why I always travel with my handy dandy Clorox wipes!
