Friendly staff Hotel room had termites everywhere

Bugs in the shower and fluid stains on blankets. Left property after seeing room

Air conditioner didn’t work and the door wouldn’t open took me about 10 tries

Fast and easy and had vacancy when others did not Rooms stink real bad. Unclean

Nothing Roaches in the room did not stay left immediately

The front desk employees was polite but getting into the room was a problem. The access was broken, I had to change the room because it was nasty. The room I changed to was nasty and I had to use towels to lay on cause the sheets looked stained. I’m retired military and I felt better in a tent outside. I requested for a refund that night but was told it couldn’t be done until the manager came in that morning. So I stayed until early that morning until I just couldn’t take no more but left a message requesting refund. Never heard from management. Also no soap except shower and 2 towels. Un acceptable. Listed above. Just about everything!!!!!!!!!!!

Loud banging above our heads from the time we checked in until who knows when!

Absolutely terrible. It was so dirty, our bed sheets had sweat stains and there was a pillow on the bed with BLOOD on it. Absolutely filthy and would not recommend

Located right next door to a Valero very convenient to go get snacks. Uber eats deliveries were very quick. The hotel is an older hotel but it was very clean and well maintained.

Every piece of bedding in the non-smoking room had cigarette burns and other various stains. 2 of the 3 door locks were nonfunctional. The room was overall grimy, and there was a mysterious persistent wet spot on the carpet. There was a clearly high person passed out on the upstairs walkway. I'll never feel comfortable staying at Super 8 again.

Nothing Room was dirty. Hair in shower and on sheets. Microwave was smoking and had a burned hole through the inside wall. Fridge did not work. Front desk staff were unpleasant.

We got are room and the room smelt like weed and cigarettes sheets burnt holes pillowcases stained towels stained we even scared to eat breakfast got up early just to get out of there
