The help was extremely nice and tried to be helpful. They allowed us to check in at 1 pm instead of 3 pm. We changed rooms 3 times. First was on the 2nd floor, second had been Smoked in and I had a reaction and had to go to my prescription, third the A/C didn't work ( I had it on the coldest and fan on high). It ran 5 hours while we were at the game, and it was had to even sleep. They didn't have another room.

Location was convenient Absolutely filthy from top to bottom. Stained blankets with burn holes and bodily hairs present on sheets. The bathroom door wouldn’t close. No breakfast, as promised.

The room was very clean and well maintained. Stayed in a non-smoking room which was kept away from the smoking rooms. I will stay here anytime I visit Hattiesburg in the future.
