This was my second time staying at this hotel. I love it and will make this my primary destination hotel whenever I visit this city. The Staff was great, polite, and helpful. Always greeting with a smile and go the extra mile to make their customers feel welcome. The rooms are nice, very nice, clean and feel like home away from home. The breakfast was great and I enjoyed it each day and was happy to sit in the sitting area to enjoy it. I highly recommned this hotel.

We liked our spacious and clean room, plus the staff was helpful and friendly. We requested pillows without feathers and received them in a few minutes.

Location was good Blood stains on the carpet in the bathroom hallway. Towel rack missing. Dirt in the corner by the bath tub.

Kitchen/dining area were great. Some things were outdated, couch, vanity. Looked like there was water damage. Other than that, it was comfortable room.
