Residence Inn by Marriott Hattiesburg

Room was clean. Loved having extra space. Quiet hotel. Everyone was very courteous (check in, check out, the gentleman at breakfast)

1. Chair in LR has stains and rips in the chair. GROSS! 2. Light switch by bed would not work, No Lights! 3. Telephone in LR did not work. 4. Closet Doors on Bath room, sliding mirror doors were both off track and track alignment was broken. 5. Only BOLD Coffee in Breakfast area. Out of non Bold! Front desk stated they would address.

Unfortunately, we encountered roaches and what appeared to be bed bugs in our room. Since leaving the hotel, my children and I are still experiencing bites and skin breakouts, which has been extremely upsetting and concerning.

Nothing fancy but the room was clean and there were no issues. Staff was friendly. Good breakfast provided.

A little pricey for just an average breakfast. Room was clean. Kitchenette available if you need one.

Check in was at 3, that was pushed back twice. Couldn’t check in till almost 4. Did not get a key to our room till later that night. We had to get staff to let us in each time. And on top of all of that, we were charged twice for our room. And that has still not been fixed. Terrible experience

One complaint about anything

This was my second time staying at this hotel. I love it and will make this my primary destination hotel whenever I visit this city. The Staff was great, polite, and helpful. Always greeting with a smile and go the extra mile to make their customers feel welcome. The rooms are nice, very nice, clean and feel like home away from home. The breakfast was great and I enjoyed it each day and was happy to sit in the sitting area to enjoy it. I highly recommned this hotel.

Front desk staff was amazing. Property is dated but immaculately maintained. Breakfast was excellent. Two thumbs up!!

We liked our spacious and clean room, plus the staff was helpful and friendly. We requested pillows without feathers and received them in a few minutes.

Stayed for one night. Enjoyed everything about my stay.
