The room was clean, however deep cleaning is needed for the furniture and carpet. We could tell our suite had accommodated pets at some point. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was great. Overall, it was a good stay for the one night.

I picked this hotel solely based on the high reviews. Honestly, it was just OK. It needs a little bit of updating. The entrance to the hotel is very odd.

Our room was clean. Check-in was easy. We were traveling. Got in late and left early. Thought it odd we have an ice machine near our room, but they don't have ice buckets for the rooms. It was OK.

This location is my go to when I stay in the area and I haven’t been in the area in a little while and on my drive from Florida all I can think about was some grits and egg and sausage and to my surprise that is exactly what was on the menu for Saturday and Sunday morning so I was very grateful and the orange juice was so good that it taste like cheese squeeze the orange juice himself. Ray, the guy who worked breakfast is amazing great human being and I was grace to have met him. I thank the entire staff for making my stay so enjoyable. Look forward to seeing you all again real soon.

My family of 5 enjoyed the two-bedroom suite. The beds were very comfortable. In-room air conditioning system allowed us to adjust the temperature to our preference. We had plenty of room to move around and with the dining table we were able to play board games that we borrowed from the front desk. The board games need to be replaced as they had wear and tear from other hotel guest and some missing pieces. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. They provided hot sausage, eggs, grits, oatmeal, and a waffle maker station as well as coffee, juice, milk, yogurt, fresh fruit, and various bread items. We did not use the outdoor pool because the weather was pretty bad for half of our stay. The parking lot design it a little strange. This hotel does not have the typical drive through area for checking in. Although, we found there was an entrance to the stairwell that went straight to our room on floor 3 that was very convenient.

Only bad thing is that the elevators smelled like sewage and there was mold on the bread items at breakfast.

Place was a dump. Rooms were filthy. The door to the room would get stuck halfway and we would have to force it shut. Trash overflowing all over the property. The rooms had smudge marks everywhere and stains all over the carpet. Numerous bugs everywhere. All of the hallways had scraping the entire length of the hallway. It was probably the worst hotel I stayed in quite a while. The only real positive was the front desk was super helpful and overall other staff were very froendly. He went above and beyond to accomodate. If it wasn't for the staff, I would give this plus a really super low rating. Needless to say, I wont be staying here again.

While the hotel itself was just okay and could benefit from some repairs and updates, the staff mentioned that a complete renovation is planned soon, which is encouraging. The hotel was clean, and the two-bedroom layout was perfect for our family, providing plenty of space and comfort during our stay. Overall, we had a positive experience and appreciated the excellent service from the staff.

Front desk employees were awesome!! Having 2 bedrooms, a couch pull out into a bed and a kitchen was great!! Plenty of room for the entire family!! Perfect location to everything!

The hotel needs remodeling when we went into the first room the floors were lifting and the room had a smell but when we went into our second room it was way better but apart of the table was chipped off and a few scratches on the cabinets but overall the stay was ok.

Clean room but needs freshening up a bit. Plenty space for parking but it’s at the back. Great Staff.
