Our towels were filthy bed was sticky no water pressure in the shower sink wouldn’t drain

Refrigerator in room did not work. There were roaches.

Good for an overnight stay.

Was OK for an overnight stay to get off the highway after a long day not long-term chipped paint throughout the whole hotel, especially in the rooms like it definitely needs a major upgrade was very disappointed

The staff was amazing and helpful Breakfast was wonderful as well

The Bed was comfy The first room smelled but she gave us another one needs to be upgraded

The breakfast was always on point and location was convenient to get to the highways, shoppingamd eating. Staff nice and attentive from the front desk ,the kitchen staff and house keeping. My room had a urine smell it wasn't over bearing but you could smell it once you came in. I sprayed it with my own disinfectant. It was clean from the what I could see. They may need to clean the carpet. I would stay again.

Room was clean. Staff were very pleasant. We have a dog which is the reason that we stayed here as they accept pets. Breakfast was very good with hot and cold options.

Sink dirty, closet door off track, shower head dripping, bed headboard flaking off onto the bed, rude staff.

Everything Had issue with toilet but was accommodated well afterwards

The rooms were nice. A/C worked great. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great.

Excellent stay and breakfast- highly recommend this hotel

The room was atrocious. It looked like a large animal mangled the bed headboard and bathroom walls/door. Scratch marks and awful smells filled the entire room. We asked the clerk for a different room and he said they were aware of the problems and no other rooms were available. This was the worst room I have ever stayed in during my lifetime.

Good breakfast, good check in staff. When I needed light bulbs she came right up. Missing body wash and 4 light bulbs. Shower drain came up. Bathroom vent very noisy. Room 324

The property was not very clean or well maintained. I wouldn't stay there again. It is certainly not worth the price we paid.

Plus - all staff very nice and linens clean. Coffee was great, breakfast did the job. Whole property needs an update. Furniture is worn. Gym equipment was broken, no weights, no water, TV in gym did not work.

Check in was great. Room OKAY, headboard was peeling and coming off on pillows. Toilet paper roll holder broken and sitting on shelf, bottom of shower looked dirty. When checked out told attendant about toilet paper holder, who had been on personal call and didn’t want to be bothered.

Good location off highway, restaurants close, front desk gentleman was friendly and provided extra coffee . Breakfast bar was great- hot options- waffle, biscuits & gravy. Several cold options as well. Our room was musty and very humid. Our daughter’s room next door had no problem so feel an isolated a.c. unit issue.
