Poorly maintained

The property is in bad shape smells like there’s mildew and it’s hot inside the hotel but the staff is very very accommodating and I loved everyone I seen they were helpful and sweet The fact that it smells like mildew

I can and will say that the people were wonderful. They were so friendly and helpful.

I booked my room for the wrong date. Totally my fault. When I arrived at the hotel and discovered my mistake, the staff had no interest in trying to help me. I asked if I could get a room and pay for it and they told me I couldn’t do it in person but had to go online. Next I was told the elevators were not working. So even if I had not made a mistake, they couldn’t accommodate me. I went next door and walked in and got a room and had a good experience. I won’t go back - NEVER AGAIN

As a person of limited mobility it was difficult climbing the stairs with my suitcase. It would have been better to have been told of this before check in.

Variety was good. The TOILET was made for a small child. The only negative thing I have to say. It was ridiculous.

Breakfast was good. The aAir-conditioner in our room was wonderful!

Breakfast was good. Could have had some adult cereal available. Was mainly kids sugar lased and oat meal. Would suggest Special K or similar for adults.

The room was clean. Staff were friendly upon arrival and departure.

Ac worked great wasnt able to go in the pool but my soon to be wife got bit by a ant in the room.

The guy Mr. James that maintains the swimming pool was awesome so was the front desk staff. They all were very professional.
