We had a nice stay at the property for a social event we were in town for. The property could use some upgrades, but it was clean. Staff was nice, friendly and took care of our needs and requests.

When you get to the hotel they ask for a deposit

We checked in on a Sunday afternoon and checked out on a Thursday morning. The hotel wifi was nonexistent the entire time and the staff never mentioned the outtage never seemed concerned. A tile in the single elevator was loose and was hidden by a rug, the staff tried but seemed overwhelmed or incapable at times. I was not able to acquire the elevator during mid morning one day and discovered a single workman on the ground floor was struggling to use the elevator to move queen sized mattresses. Worse of all, the room air was terrible and the AC filter was filled with dirt (see pic).

Our room had black mold growing on the bathroom ceilings, paint was coming off the walls & door facings, the carpet was detaching from the seam in the doors, the pool was not working & our boys were told everyday that “they just need a part & it would probably be working tomorrow” when the pool hasn’t been open and running in months. But the straw that broke the camels back, was when I went to the front desk for towels & was told they didn’t have any towels, washcloths or hand towels & I could wash some myself. We will never be back

Below are the areas that made our stay not so good: 1) The rail for one shower door was missing. 2) the sink spigot was missing the water tip that controls the water pressure. Issue reported. No part available. 3) one TV did not work. 4) The lights in the room were lacking. 5) The door was difficult to open and close due to misalignment. 6) Only one elevator. 7) Only one ice machine. 8) The breakfast was lacking in variety of food.

No wifi all week but other than that it was fine

The first room I had didn’t have pillows on the bed, had trash on the floor when I walked in, had an awful smell. The second room, the towel bar was broken. I was there 4 nights and didn’t get room service once!!! No towels replaced and trash not removed. The elevator was broken, the lobby didn’t have bottled water for purchase and it was just overall a bad experience.

We were not able to stay. The rooms were already booked and we had to drive several hours further as the city was out of all similar rooms. I called and requested a refund and a credit for the 3 rooms and have not gotten any confirmation of the refund.

Its old, nothing like the pictures. The pool was disqusting. They allowed kids to destroy the weight room and generally ran around all damn night. Had to beg for clean towels, never did any extra wash clothes. No wifi and the breakfast was basic at best.

I can and will say that the people were wonderful. They were so friendly and helpful.

I booked my room for the wrong date. Totally my fault. When I arrived at the hotel and discovered my mistake, the staff had no interest in trying to help me. I asked if I could get a room and pay for it and they told me I couldn’t do it in person but had to go online. Next I was told the elevators were not working. So even if I had not made a mistake, they couldn’t accommodate me. I went next door and walked in and got a room and had a good experience. I won’t go back - NEVER AGAIN
