Days Inn by Wyndham Hattiesburg MS

We were impressed with the hotel, friendly and helpful staff, the room was nice and clean, ac was on which was a very nice thing since it was 95 outside. Let’s discuss the shower, super impressed with the endless hot water and pressure, we have stayed in a lot of hotels and air bnb over the years but never had hot water for everyone and definitely not actual pressure! Very nice we would stay again if ever in this area!

The room was terrible. It was absolutely nothing like what was pictured online. The bathroom was filthy, the room smelled horrible, we drug our luggage up 2 stairways because there are no elevators, stained carpets, knobs missing off drawers, stains on the comforter, mirrors were dirty. In general, the place is nasty - don’t waste your money!! I got my money back and left as fast as I could!!

Please don’t stay here I made a huge mistake! There as a roach in the bathroom, and we were afraid to sleep on the beds due to the uncleanliness of the property and room! I will not make this mistake again!

The shelf for the closet area was barely hanging on the wall. The microwave didn't work. The smoke detector was hanging from the wall and had plastic over it. There was a stain on the ceiling where looks like there has been a leak. There is no elevator, so I was glad we were on the first floor. Staff was friendly but the rooms need serious maintence done to them.

Staff was friendly. No elevator. Stair well very dirty. Room smelled like someone had been smoking marijuana. Awful. Bugs in bathroom, paint peeling severely in bathroom. Only supplied coffee for one person, no coffee downstairs at breakfast. Only muffins availability for breakfast. For the cost of this room $124.00, Very disappointing! We will never stay at a Wyndham again property.

The wash clothes were stained and they didn’t provide hand towels.

Clean Breakfast was minimal

Check in was good. No elevator. Stairwell was dirty. Room smelled horribly of pot. Paint was peeling off walls in bathroom, bugs in bathroom. Bed and pillows comfy. No coffee for breakfast. Only if coffee for one person in the room. For the price of $103. It was very disappointing. I will not be staying at Days inn anywhere anymore.

Air conditioning did not work properly. Mold in the shower. Room had a bad odor. We just and stayed somewhere else

The best thing about the stay was the staff. They were helpful, friendly, and addressed my concerns in a timely manner. The hotel is a work in progress at this time.

bed was comfortable enough. waited 10 min (couple before us had been there for about 20 min) until the ONLY desk worker showed up after leaving the property to go get food, saying he was working a double shift. No sign advised of this, and phone calls went unanswered. The area was very sketchy, and I thought my car may get broken into. There were no outside cameras to be seen. Inside the hallway smelled heavy of paint thinner as workers were painting one room. Inside the room it was extremely warm and muggy. There was no lighting cover over the bulbs in the bathroom and there was no working smoke detector. We could hear people walking above us and could hear every door shutting. I love Wyndham and expected their standards and was disappointed. Not worth the $105 I paid.

Clean and convenient

My first room looked clean until I sat down to take my shoes off. Then I had to have a different room. The second room was clean. There was always a pot smell in the hallway. I was staying on business and overall I am satisfied. I had a clean comfortable bed and very hot shower. The staff were all excelent.

One of our two rooms smelled heavily of smoke, the air conditioner blew hot air, and the carpet was throughly damp from having been cleaned recently. When we asked for a fan, none were available. The second room had a broken phone and a television that didn’t work. We asked for quarters for the laundry and they were locked away and couldn’t be retrieved. The breakfast offering was extremely limited with no protein - just bread, grits, and cereal. Very, very disappointing.

The shower contained black mold. Although old,the other areas were clean.
