Ramada by Wyndham Hawthorne LAX / LA Stadium

I was not welcome they said my reservation was not in the system when I had an email confirmation in my phone. I wasn't allowed to access my room by the desk receptionist.

I liked the location, we had a concert to attend at SOFI stadium and it was about a 10-15min drive, also the staff great, the gentleman that helped me check in was very professional and assisted me with any questions i had or concerns, i appreciated that So outdated, really badly. Felt so disgusted and didn’t feel comfortable having my young daughter with me, it was giving Motel vibes

Hallways dirty. Pool lloked clean at night. Our room -no bathtub plug. No room closing curtains. Cockaroaches on wall had us switching rooms. Next room - non finctioning air conditioner. Told no rooms had bathtub plugs. Room phones were button skeletal. Charge for parking $10 with empty floors and zero advance notice. And much more...

DJ’d a a sweet 16 (15) for a family… I’m forever grateful

No ice machine, smelled dirty and felt muggy. Will never recommend or stay here again.

Once again only one elevator worked which happens every other visit. My room was damp because the window was open and it never changed. Every night the bathroom light and fan came on by itself. Then someone knocked on my door in the night and as I listened they were doing the same thing to other rooms. That was followed by loud arguing. This was my last stay at this hotel because it has consistently gone downhill.
