Ramada by Wyndham Hawthorne LAX / LA Stadium

We were told there was breakfast, but there wasn’t at this time. There was copy available. I would definitely stay there again.

This was the worse hotel I’ve ever been too. First of all the location was good. The hotel was dirty, the sheets were dirty, the floor was dirty, everything was just dirty. There was a bed outside with blood. Drug addicts everywhere inside and outside. But I guess I only paid 100 so you get what you pay for!

Well, first off we got there by reservation could not be pulled out for some reason I booked through Expedia and the manager was able to give me a room and went to the room. The room was already had two towels there’s four of us and we also wanted the room cleaned, we let one staff know she told us it would get cleaned it didn’t get cleaned also it looked like it was outdated

They ask $90/ night and every things is old and the ac work like my tractors I don’t sleep at all

Room so dirty and smell like urin inside room no coffee bathroom floor was cracked on the middle !

After these few observation and the obvious reaction to the chemicals, we have decided not to stay. Mind you this is just the first 20 minutes of the check in process. Not to mention online it stated Parking was free and I was charged $10 for it. Obviously, it's not about the money, I don't know exactly how I am being refunded in terms of incidental deposit and Parking deposit, etc., but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone just for the leisure part of it and working in the hotel business for over 20 years. this is something that's just not acceptable. With a highly recommended site for hotels I would extremely advise someone from your team to investigate. Assess it. If the company wish to continue with this property.

Ramada was a very nice and clean hotel before but now it is horrible stains and rust showing in the bathroom and it is very dirty .

drugs and also they have roaches the property is filthy they clam to have remodeled and it's a mess there key cards dont work u have to keep going to the front desk they clean your room dont put the toilet paper on roll didn't even put towelsi would never go there because that's not the experience for the ramada I wish I good get my money back because me and my husband was very disappointed

I didn’t get a room on the floor that I requested, the television lineup is shabby, and one of my wash cloths had a dirty stain on it.

This hotel is the worst hotel I have been in my life, there is dirt all over the bedroom smelled and it was not properly cleaned or maintained I would never stay in this hotel ever again

My brother was upset that there were no Wifi services in the hotel room! He would go downstairs to the lobby and get connected there. The hotel really needs to be able to take care the Wifi system in every room. Thank you!

Terrible experience. Prepaid for a room and when I got there at check in time they said that all the rooms are full.. so I had to wait another hour. Once they finally gave me a room , I went in and it was dirty. So I left my stuff there and they told me they’re super busy but they’ll try to do my room next. Check in was at 3 I didn’t get the room until 5. I had an event I had to get ready for and was 3 hours late for it. They did nothing to accommodate for this terrible experience either. The room lights wasn’t working so I was in the dark, and I also saw a bug on the bed which was so disgusting. I hope they learn to keep the rooms open for people who prepaid in advance. Overall , terrible experience and would not recommend.
