Roaches. Mop water smell. Floors look dirty. Grime everywhere. Lied about amenities.

Staff at the front desk very unpleasant. The owner, manager and staff should do something else.

Bathroom had some unfinished work on the floor and near the bath tub. In the room one of the lights did not have lamp shade and the light near the bed did not work. It was advertised that the property serve breakfast but they serve only tea & coffee.

I just checked in Friday July 31st @8pm I checked out same night Friday @11 , I couldn’t get into my room I had to ask for help, which is fine but I had roaches in my room and hair in my shower everywhere x I went back to tell the manager he was off. I wasn’t happy I paid 400 until Monday morning and I didn’t even sleep there. Unfortunately the place was just not okay.

Nothing The rooms need serious update. Paint peeling off the wall, cracked floors dirty carpet if the air wasn't on the room got humid and things so seems damp. The towels didn't look clean Ave they were damp too the touch.

Property is in need of repairs and upgrades.

Don’t waste your time you might be putting in the room from hell smell of smoke thick in the air stains all over the furniture stains all the walls. The floors are so dirty. I have to take towels and wipe them up. Everything was just dirty. I couldn’t believe it I didn’t sleep in that room and the next morning I kept complaining that one and they moved to a nicer room go figure.

The cleaning staff The bed was crooked, the oomph smelt like cigarettes, the floor in the room was dirty.and gross, I did not get my breakfast included because there wasn't one..overall terrible don't go here you will regret it. I think there was black.mold in my shower as well.

They could not find my reservation at first and once we did get a room it was disgusting and smelled very bad the tubs as gross it had dirt marks in it

Great & cheap place where I house my DCFS foster youth. Staff is accommodating and so caring. They understand their situation.

The room was roomy I got 2 towels with 3 people in the room. They never had any extra towels and made me an hour late trying to find the maids and to the front desk to tell me they didn't have any towels.
