2nd problem was that as soon as I laid down I saw a HUGE roach next to the bed. The room was really dirty and unkept. Holes on the wall & it felt so stuffy and gross inside. We had to start the ac to move the air bc it was really bad. The carpet felt dirty and musty. I will never stay here again and I’m annoyed that I still had to pay full price for this.

Room was clean but very muggy. It had a weird smell but not terrible. 1 towel for 4 persons but the bed was very comfortable. Parking garage smelled like urine and it was dirty. No breakfast. Limited to complimentary beverages.

The room was not clean and when I arrived in the middle of summer the heat was on and set to 77 degrees.

Don't trust the pictures, it's nothing like what you see in them. This is my first review of any place The whole place was dirty, our room was falling apart. Bed sheets and walls full of stains, never again will I use this place. Weird moldy smells all around. Nothing worked properly, I feel like I wasted my money trusting this place.

Place was dirty, rooms were clean as clean could be but that place just needs to start over. The place is just old.

Overall the room was dirty the tub and floor I talk to the receptionist and they didn’t want to give me my refund that I pay in advance for 2 days I just left and rent a better place and I thought RAMADA was a good hotel but it’s not worth a penny

Room was broken into during our stay. Very little support from the front desk staff. Won't be returning.

The TV was also not functional. It appeared to be placed in the room just so the hotel could claim that the room had a TV, but there was no connection or service available. It was basically a dumb monitor, which felt misleading. The AC was also not working properly, making the stay even more uncomfortable. Overall, the room was in very bad condition, and the experience was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel.

Flooring, walls needs Updating . Desk Mgr. charged my credit card deposit $100 to change from ground flr unit Rm 120 to Rm 330... both were King beds. different view .... Bed was clean. Carpets need upgrades

Room need to be clean better

Lots of mold in the room on walls,ceiling and bathroom. Windowsill was full of dirt and mold. Couch had stains on it.

It was clean but a little out dated. The bathroom did not flush properly.

Breakfast was included but they closed their restaurant long back, which we don't know.
