Right off the freeway and near places like target or Walmart. The parking was a little small.

Beautiful, big room, modern. No other amenities. Okay for a fast stay. Breakfast served only in plastic plates and cups. Pricey for what is offered.

The smell of burning when you turned on a/c and smell of urine when you turned on heat. It was terrible. There were no hands or face towel, no soap. There were 3 bath towels and 1 face towel.

The accommodations were highly disappointing and failed to meet expectations. The level of customer service was unsatisfactory, and the staff's professionalism, particularly at the front desk, requires significant improvement. Furthermore, the room was unhygienic due to the presence of ants, and the quality of the amenities provided was subpar. The promotional imagery does not accurately reflect the current standard of the property, which is misleading given the price point.

We stayed 5 days, and the room was comfortable, overall clean, Doesn't give you hand towels, just bath, washcloths and bath rug. No soap bar or dispenser in room. No water fountain, you have to buy bottled water in a vending machine if you want just water. At breakfast, they only have lemon water which I figure out, must be tap water with lemon to mask the taste. Our TV didn't work well, it kept breaking up and we should've said something but we were hardly in the room long enough to watch any TV. Breakfast was mediocre. It was the same exact thng for 5 days

There’s no safes to lock up your valuables, or at least my room didn’t have it. I also took pictures/videos of anything broken in my room when I checked in, just in case as well because my mirror light wasn’t turning on at all, and there were a few things broken in my room. I’m not sure if it was my room only but there was kind of a funky smell for the first couple days of my stay and then it slowly went away after. Other than those issues, I had a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay again if I need to. I didn’t have time to try the free breakfast there but next time, I will. Thank you Comfort Inn Hayward for your hospitality!

The room was nice & cleaned. The bed & pillows were very comfortable not hard, not soft! The breakfast is perfect! Easy to go shopping near by!

Modern Design , Comfortable, Great Space . Beautiful Lobby , and close to shopping and dining and 24 hour fitness. I really appreciated the variety of options at Breakfast, and the attentive, thoughtful staff.

Over 48 hours, no internet service! I had to check out 1 day early because there was no internet service! Breakfast had missed opportunities. No silverware, waffle make was not allowed to be used, no syrups. Rooms have body odor smell, room had ants
