Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Union City - Dyer St.

Hey, I left the customer service. It was great. I slept like a baby well deserving and I will continue doing business with them.

The room was really clean. The air conditioner work. They had a breakfast there every morning and it was pretty quiet. I stayed there for like 2 months. Nothing happened to my car in the parking lot and it seemed like a very nice, safe place to be. And the staff were awesome!

Staff was excellent and very helpful. Rooms and hallways smelled like marijuana. Average cleanliest. Dated furniture. Decent price point. Easy access to food and groceries nearby

The lady at the front was extremely rude. Not the pretty one who's niece had a birthday. She was snappy and not using her customer service voice nor skills to communicate with me. She gave me a hard time about my refund in regard to my service dog that she kept referring to as a ESA animal. Having assistance from someone who values their job and customers.

No breakfast

It was dirty the bathtub I asked staff to clean it he told me I could clean it myself the whole first floor smell like dogs & asked to be moved he moved me but water was on the floor everywhere from the shower No breakfast

The pool was clean and not crowded. The front desk people, were absolutely wonderful, cheerful and friendly and very accommodating. The entire hotel was very clean. I own my own clean service and try to stay at ESA when I'm out of town working. No matter where I stay or how clean it is I always clean my room before I go to bed but this is one hotel that I actually felt comfortable in without cleaning it first. I am so impressed and that location is older but in better condition that some newer ones! The pool hours closes too early 7 pm and opens way too late 10am I guess I understand why but doesn't leave much time to hop in rhe pool when check in is at 3 pm and out is at 11 am

My Extended Stay visit worked out great for me, location was perfect. The property was clean and my room was pretty big and it also had a kitchenette. I would stay there again.

The room should be cleaned at least once a day. The complimentary breakfast was the same every day throughout our stay, so it would be nice to have more variety. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. The air conditioning worked great and kept the room comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

This room was disgusting. Old and dated but also dirty. I’d seen the previous reviews and brought some cleaning supplies with us. And they were absolutely needed. Towels were dingy. Floor left your bare feet dirty. Halls smelled of food because I’m pretty sure people live in this property. Homeless people all around the old TGI Fridays.

I would like to say my stain was really good. The reason why the customer service the lady who helped me check in was really nice. good customer service room was clean no complaints and I will stay there again.
