Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Union City - Dyer St.

The pool was clean and not crowded. The front desk people, were absolutely wonderful, cheerful and friendly and very accommodating. The entire hotel was very clean. I own my own clean service and try to stay at ESA when I'm out of town working. No matter where I stay or how clean it is I always clean my room before I go to bed but this is one hotel that I actually felt comfortable in without cleaning it first. I am so impressed and that location is older but in better condition that some newer ones! The pool hours closes too early 7 pm and opens way too late 10am I guess I understand why but doesn't leave much time to hop in rhe pool when check in is at 3 pm and out is at 11 am

My Extended Stay visit worked out great for me, location was perfect. The property was clean and my room was pretty big and it also had a kitchenette. I would stay there again.

The room should be cleaned at least once a day. The complimentary breakfast was the same every day throughout our stay, so it would be nice to have more variety. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. The air conditioning worked great and kept the room comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

This room was disgusting. Old and dated but also dirty. I’d seen the previous reviews and brought some cleaning supplies with us. And they were absolutely needed. Towels were dingy. Floor left your bare feet dirty. Halls smelled of food because I’m pretty sure people live in this property. Homeless people all around the old TGI Fridays.

I would like to say my stain was really good. The reason why the customer service the lady who helped me check in was really nice. good customer service room was clean no complaints and I will stay there again.

It is in a convenient location close to restaurants and movie theatre. The bath tub had hairs, and I hadn't used it.

I must say for a extended stay. Our room was great and the front desk was kind and very helpful.

This property is located near a closed restaurant. There is homeless people that gather around the property. I felt not safe parking near the restaurant, Had no choice all other parking spaces were occupied. They offered breakfast had 30 minutes left before breakfast ended. All containers empty , nothing left didn’t replace
