The mattress was comfortable. The staff did not have clean towels available when it was time for me to check out. I had informed the gentleman at the front desk that I needed clean towels so I could shower before checkout, but the towels were not provided.

It was near shopping center The rooms were run down i the room they put me in had roaches crawling on the walls and floor, the tv did not work and the bed was broken sitting lopsided.

The rooms were nasty couldn’t sleep all night. Bed sheets were stained. Very ghetto environment.

One of their maintenance people came in without permission because they have a master key so I'm not sure how he didn't see me when the curtain was halfway open but he came in and then he said oh excuse me wrong wrong and left out which is strange because he didn't have a work order for nothing and you didn't have a clipboard so if he was going into a room and he actually saw me in the window I don't know what he was really doing. But that's all I did was a verbal apology like no nothing to accommodate. I know they don't treat people respectfully cuz they know people need a place to rent, but they honestly are not good if you can find any other Hotel to stay you want to stay somewhere else unless it's just a dire need

This was my worst hotel experience. The room was extremely worn out and in terrible condition.

Money was never refunded. Stayed for one night got charged for 4 nights.

the hotel advertise no smoking and you were able to smell the odors of smoking.Also there was a dog barking inside the room next to me at 12:30 AM. Hotel said no pets allowed
