It was disgusting and dirty. Junk everywhere in halls. Floors sticky. Smelled like pee everywhere.

We had the worst experience with the manager. His behavior was extremely aggressive, rude, and unprofessional. The situation became so uncomfortable and unsafe that we had to call the police. We did not even end up staying at the hotel because we did not feel safe remaining there after the way he treated us. No guest should ever be made to feel threatened or intimidated by hotel management. I would not recommend this hotel. We had booked and paid for a king bedroom, which the manager even admitted was available, but he still insisted on putting us in a room with two queen beds simply because there were two of us. I had already clearly declined the “upgrade,” so there was no reason for him to change our room anyway. He then refused to give us the room we paid for and even refused a refund. Why should I have to pay for something I did not request and did not receive? The situation was clearly intentional, became extremely aggressive, he used inappropriate language slammed the desk and we ended up calling the police ,we left everything just as shown in the pictures we no longer felt safe. I contacted booking in regards to the situation and recorded our call to back this up and even the customer service representative stated that for us to call the police as he was really aggressive with her as well like what type of management is this?

Good price, close to the freeway yet still quiet. The room above us had an active couple but their bed was noisy. A better bed would have been quieter.

It wasn't clean; there was no shampoo or hairdryer, and the bedsheets were worn to the point of tearing. The washbasin was mounted too high, making it inconvenient to wash up, and the bath towel had an unpleasant odor. It was a three-story building with no elevator

The rooms do not like the picture. It is an older property and it seemed like housekeeping leaves the trash from the rooms in the bins located on the stairs. They were overflowing and did not get emptied at night. I noticed long hair on the room floor. I would definitely not recommend and will not stay there again.
