It was great

The location was incredibly convenient, and the room was both clean and comfortable. There are some issues we've noticed—I found two hairs on the bathroom curtain. Please ensure that the room is thoroughly cleaned, not just normal clean. Also, the main concerns for my husband and me was the absence of an air vent inside the bathroom. This vent is essential for ventilating the bathroom and maintaining proper air circulation. Lastly, let’s talk about the parking area. The hotel’s parking lots were overcrowded, and my husband had to park our rental car at Krispy Doughnuts on our first night. Unfortunately, we received a warning for illegal parking. However, on our last night, I had to ask the front desk receptionist to check if we could park on the driveway as well. We’ve noticed cars lined up there too. The hotel should have informed us about the parking situation beforehand so that we could be prepared. Nevertheless, everything is fine now. Next time, we’ll be aware of the situation and use the information we’ve learned.

Facility is fine ,staff are approachable. They need to improve the parking spaces, if you come in a bit late you have nowhere to park.

The entire hotel staff were fantastic

Staff was great, clean room, parking was good, and the breakfast was very good. I would have liked some kind of potatoes, with my ham, but the rest was yummy.

Great customer service. There were minor things in the room that could have been better clean. Their breakfast is also great.

The room where we stayed was very clean and comfortable. The staffs were magnificent they went beyond their normal duties to help us out. The breakfast was awesome, too many food to choose from and very tasteful.

Great staff!

Clean, comfortable, and kind staff members. Very helpful with providing extra comforters and arranging for us to keep the same room when we booked for an extra night through an external booking site. The ADA room was amazing! Very roomy which accommodated a large wheelchair and was easy to maneuver around the room and in bathroom. Shower access was excellent with lots of hand rails for safety and security. Very impressed. The continental breakfast was also so great! The parking the first night was very congested.

Nice staff Cost

Breakfast was okay. Appreciated we had bacon one day which I enjoyed. The elevators not working appropriately. One of the elevators had "lobby" marked for each floor as we proceed to our third floor. I liked our room except it was right near elevator, appreciated the size but some guests are so rude talking loud as they wait or get off elevator even at midnite. Also, parked cars in front during checkout. This idiot guest parked in such a way no one could get past him in driveway, so we and other guests had to reverse a lot before check out while loading our bags.My husband and I are seniors but I saw this thoughtless guest come out and open the trunk, he was young. If someone could be out in front monitoring these cars, that would be great. Also, need more parking spaces in lot even though we could park in next door lot at night and early morning. It was pretty dark still and didn't seem that safe.

This is separate from the hotel but: At 1 am I had a couple in the hallway arguing and very loud, banging on someone’s door for 30 minutes. No staff nor police came to check on them. Terrible to wake up to that. My upstairs resident purposely stomped throughout the night and morning; we couldn’t sleep and no action was taken.

Also, the room I originally booked wasn't clean when i arrived. But they quickly switched me to another room.

We checked in a little later than planned since we went to the wrong hotel, but your staff greeted us with excellent customer service and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. We were then able to enjoy our wonderful room, which was clean, comfortable, and lovely. Seeing our name displayed on the screen was a thoughtful touch that made us feel especially welcome. Overall, we had a great stay, and the complimentary continental breakfast was wonderful as well. We look forward to staying with you again in the future!
