The staff was very unprofessional one certain lady after I was told one thing she said I had to use one card I couldn't use my credit card I couldn't break it up to pay I couldn't use cash every single thing had to be on that one card and a friend was paying half for me they had one microwave on the other side of the property that I had to walk to like 10 minutes to to warm up my food after spending 500 something dollars on the hotel just totally unacceptable

Property is old and not updated or well maintained. Halls and rooms smell musty.

Everything's in good repair. The beds are comfortable. The layout is just right: no long hikes to anything including elevators, parking and amenities. Theres plenty of all three of the above. This is a great property.

Many small inconveniences. We reserved a room for 3. There were only 2 sets of towels when we arrived. I called for another set and we were told we had to go to the front desk to get a set. When we went down we were then told they were out and to check back a little later. Staff was not friendly or accommodating. On site restaurant was closed on a Saturday at 7:00 pm. So we went to the little store and couldn't purchase anything on room credit, had to have cash or card. Hardly any outlets. They had a coffee maker set on a desk with no outlet anywhere near it to plug into. We had to set it up in the bathroom. Refrigerator wasn't working.
