The hotel wasn't clean enough, the carpet was dirty, the bathroom sink was clogged, the room didn't feel clean at all.

Staff gave me - a solo female traveler - i room with a smashed in door jam. Door was open before i even got there.

My room was not cleaned. The property is old. It is in a pretty safe neighborhood. The lobby staff was helpful.

So the room for the price point was really good. It was clean. It was well put together and comfortable.

Great place to stay! Staff was friendly, room was clean easy access to freeway. Quiet area.

Stayed here once before and it was fine although there seemed to be trash everywhere. This last trip the room was rough. The toilet was broken and ran water all the time unless you pulled the top off the back and messed with the inside mechanism. The tv remote was missing a battery. The coffee maker didn’t work. There were cabinet doors falling off. When i brought it up to the front desk i was just told, sorry.

The water fountain. The few The water pressure was too low. The room was not clean, some food waste was under the ac. The room serves cleaning was very slow. The staff at reception was so rude and she told my husband no reservation under my name or his name. Mainly the employee does not speak English or understand English.

Hotel was fine, nice room, nice bed. But they took $100 deposit and havent returned it. It's been 1 week!
