Helpful polite staff, great location in terms of access to the city and other areas

Our room was comfortable and we liked the free breakfast. The location was also ideal, close to different types of restaurants. Laundry facilities were only available on the second floor even though the website said there were facilities on each floor. We didn't have towels when we checked into our room and had to request them.

I had an amazing day with my family with local food places to go to breakfast in the morning a room that’s all our own with everything we need inside of it and the staff that helped me was Evelyn. I felt so welcomed and helped with any questions or concerns that I have they were addressing immediately. Definitely gonna plan our trip here again.

The front desk helped us with traveling ideas while we were there. The breakfast was so so. At least there were waffles. Got attacked by a dog that they’re with a family. That was not very nice.
