Bay Area Inn & Suites

The place is a dump. People on phones or loitering outside. Very unsanitary. I got bitten by bedbugs on multiple paces.

The staff was very nice and attentive.

Everything is great

It was dirty, stains all over the wall, smelly, blanket, stained towels, nasty when you flush the toilet water come out from under it all on the floor.

Very duety all room Nothing

They switched me rooms after I called. The room I was assigned had hand prints all over the walls. And other mysterious stains on them. The floors were full of grime. There were holes on the roof from water damage. The workers were not at all customer service oriented. It seemed that it was bothersome that I chose their inn.

I loved how spacey it was and clean. Nothing. Everything was good.

Nothing The room was terrible. The floors were so water damaged they were buckled. The sheet had cigarette burns. Coffee maker in the bathroom no coffee to go in it. No toiletries as posted. No breakfast as stated. Blood stains on the wall. The office chair was stripped of the fabric. No cups or ice bucket. The room was not acceptable at all. The things we seen in the parking lot were very scary. So we could not stay there. Of course we list our money which I don't think is fair. Due to the false advertisement I was led to believe on your site. I've used your site for years and probably will never use it again.

the bedsheet and the towel are dirty has a stain smells marihuana change the whole bedsheet to new

I got there at 8:30 and the reception was closed they had a sign with a phone number to call for them to come to open and let you check in, thats ok, the guy came to open and he didn’t say a “hello” he just ask for my ID and then he told mr where to go, the room smells really bad burns marks on the floor

The room that I booked was suppose to be a handicapped room and a smoke free room since we have a toddler. So when we got there to checked in and they said it wasn’t a handicapped but a regular room. So we didn’t want to argue so we said okay. We walked inside the hotel room and it smell horrible with cigarette smell, we had to open the windows and put the AC on full blast. The shower head was leaking water squirting toward the toilet my husband had to get tape and fix it so the water can stay in the shower. The door had food stains and was dirty. The chair for the desk was run down and had holes in it. The bed was soft but the covers had holes and look filth luckily we packed our own pillows and blankets. Noise level was loud tv was super small like a computer monitor, refrigerator was broken. Again my handy dandy husband had or fix the seal on the refrigerator so it can close and keep our things close. I would not be coming back to this place ever again to be honest not worth my money or your money. Staff isn’t even there on the weekends.

Seems to have been newly renovated. Attention to detail is excellent!

Very dirty, towels stained, residue on floors and counters, only surface level cleaning was done. Air was smokey all the time, they also put a plastic over the carbon monoxide monitor I guess to not set it off from that smoke that’s constantly in the air.

Staff friendly

There is definitely no breakfast. But it’s cool for quick stops the staff was understanding tho.

Expedia I don't understand how you can recommend such a horrible place to stay that the original name as Quality Inn is no longer operated as a Hotel , first of all this is a Motel not a Hotel the check in at the counter is a person that place a sign at the office door stating that if any guess need any assistance to call a number , second able the cover sheet in the bed are all dirty and burned with cigarettes, apparently there is a coffee maker in the room with coffee to make but they don't provide cups and third able this place it is very noisy during the night , surrounded by people that guess doesn't know if they are guess or others business are handle around .

Nothing. It was filthy, even when I requested another room it was a little better but still disgusting Everything. I couldn’t open the door because the hinge, there was literal brown and yellow marks on the bed and bathroom and nut stains on the couch. Nasty.

It was disgusting lithe beading had holes and wet saying like semen and the doors handles super dirty around and the barroom floor was loose with cucarachas runinh underneath them I have pictures of all of this, I had to request a reimbursement
