Clean, well-managed hotel in a great location. Bathroom door needed some paint but the bed was comfortable and the staff were helpful and the room was quiet. I’d stay again.

The parking was easy, the room was quiet and the bed was super comfy. Everything was really good. Disappointing they don't include breakfast though.

Rooms were very dated. Coffee maker didn't work. Toilet ran all night, no bath plug so I couldn't take a bath.

All seemed good! Check-in was quick and easy as we had already paid. Was busy but didnt feel like that. Great location- close to everything in Healdsburg.

Area was near a gas station, and 2 breakfast spots, fairly near a trail to walk/bike downtown. Staff were so friendly and provided great information. Room had a motel vibe, but clean and felt safe! Pool was pretty small, didn't use. Brought my doggy and our stay went well, not many spots for her to use the potty but it was sufficient.

The female front desk person made 4 people wait over 20 minutes while she tried to tell an Expedia customer to call Expedia to cancel her reservation. Then she told us that our rooms were not ready but she would call us when they were. We went to the coffee shop next door. Never received a call. Many rooms were available when we went back and this desk woman was just sitting on a couch in the lobby with her shoes off. There was a large crack in our bathroom sink and a big crack on the ceiling outside our room. The next day we put the "Please Clean Room" sign out on the door knob but the room was not cleaned. I went to the lobby to ask to get our room cleaned and the same desk woman said we didn't ask to have our room cleaned. We were staying for 2 nights. I let her know that we did put out the "Clean Room" sign so I thought it was taken care of. She called housekeeping and was not able to get them on the phone. So she basically said "sorry, there is no one available". When I went back to our room I saw many housekeeping personnel and asked them if they could clean our room. They did, no problem. I did speak to the manager, Brian, the next morning. He was apologetic and nice but really didn't do much. Good service doesn't cost extra for an employer. We won't be back.

Good location

Booked the room two months in advances and stuck us in a handicapped room. Did not share ro information until we open the door. Very disappointing. Room smelled musty and bed was very lumpy.

Great place to stay for vacation or even getaway with anyone you want.

The Dry Creek Inn is basically an updated motel that could use maintenance. Bathroom door wouldn’t close due to water damage. The door itself looked horrible, bubbled, nicked paint. Beds were comfortable, room clean but towels were extremely thin. Pool is very small.

Great value just on the outskirts of town. Super clean, friendly staff. Save yourself $200 a night and get an Uber for less than 10 bucks, it's literally about 5mins in a taxi. Great value for money if you don't mind not being walking distance from the plaza and want to have something clean and cost effective

The room was clean and spacious! The location great. The problem was the guy yelling to be let in his room for over an hour at 2 a.m. The sound barriers are not that great at all. You can hear the fan from the upstairs bathroom running constantly…

Location is great and you can walk to the plaza within 30 minutes. Simple, clean, well located property

We always choose to stay at the Dry Creek Inn MOD Collection by Sonesta whenever we visit Healdsburg, and after years of coming here, it has become the one and only place we want to stay. The hotel is within walking distance of downtown Healdsburg, where all the restaurants, shops, and excitement are located. If walking isn’t your thing, Uber rides are quick and easy to arrange. The property also offers a quiet pool area that is perfect for relaxing, swimming, and soaking up the sun after a day of exploring wine country. Where this hotel truly shines is with the incredible management and front desk staff. I recently had a reservation snafu, and Brian, the manager, went above and beyond to help resolve the issue and make sure we were taken care of. His kindness and willingness to accommodate guests truly reflect the level of service this hotel provides. Every time we check in, we always ask if there are any complimentary wine tastings or BOGO offers available, and the staff is always happy to share what they have available for their guests. These thoughtful touches make each stay even more special. After years of returning, we can confidently say that Dry Creek Inn MOD Collection by Sonesta will continue to be our home away from home in Healdsburg. We look forward to many more visits!
