Hotel Vinea, a Travelodge by Wyndham

We are frequent travelers to Healdsburg, choose this hotel for its proximity to the downtown healdsburg. Most of our stays, we are two couples, thus, we book two rooms. As I mentioned, there is a track record of multiple stays at this property. This time, one of our rooms, #307 had a leaky A/C which was dripping on the carpet and splashing on the bed. In the morning, the carpet was soaked. Secondly, the room that has breakfast items had a broken refrigerator. The note on the fridge said it was broken since mid June. Our stay was in early August. Lastly, the hotel inconsistently charges a $5 parking fee. On some stays, we get charged and others, we do not. This fee is not disclosed anywhere but the clerk collects that fee, many times in cash. It would be nice if that information was clearly disclosed.

Clean room, parking pass provided ($5 fee per night without it), only stairs (no elevator for carrying luggage up 3 flights of stairs)

Very clean room. Friendly, helpful front desk. Quiet. Within a mile from downtown. Enjoyed my stay.

Ooof, this is a motel the owners converted into something that’s trying to be a hotel. But poorly. Wouldn’t come back

Clean room

Had to change rooms since the first one reeked of tobacco smoke - despite them making a big deal about being a no-smoking hotel. Extra charge for parking wasn't anticipated. Hand shower didn't work at all; tub plug didn't work either. Hotel was much further from downtown amenities than it seemed it would be.

Great location. Comfortable bed, friendly staff. Enjoyed the free breakfast and parking. Will stay again if in the area.

Exceptional

room wasn't cleaned when requested. bathroom shower basin had a rusted spot. shower curtain was too short. bathroom door has a bad squeak, so it kept waking us up. clock had an intermittent sound coming out of it. walls are not thick enough to keep out other room noises.

The Staff was very pleasant and professional. The only thing that we felt was a problem was the coffee. It was bitter and bad tasting. The hotel is very convenient to the main part of Healdsburg.

This is an excellent place to stop for easy access off and on the 101. Good food nearby. Modern room improvements.

Clean, good value, location excellent, friendly staff, well lit parking and halls, comfortable.

Superb

Parking was easy to find and had enough spaces for our stay. They do a precheck in and precheck out to make that process go quicker. There is no elevator so if you don't want to haul luggage up stairs to the higher floors I recommend requesting a lower floor room. Bed was comfortable, room was small but well laid out where it didn't feel cramped. Blackout curtains were nice to block light from the outside. They offer a continental breakfast, we didn't eat anything but the aroma of the breakfast was phenomenal.
