This place is really quite adorable, super cozy and romantic. Would definitely come back.

The pool and jacuzzi need better maintenances. The rooms are all right, though ours was particularly dark.

The location is not close to the town center. You have to drive about 5 mins to get there. Although it's not super far, it is not a scenic or pleasant walk. Parking in the town center gets difficult at night around dinner time.

Unfortunately we had ants in our room which was quite the nuisance.

Great value. Rooms were clean and the staff friendly. Pool and other facilities are a bit tired. Fit our needs for our trip.

Charming Italian design and landscaping

The room as clean and comfortable. However, there were only 5 hangers in a very small armoire for our clothes. The dresser had 3 small drawers and a shelf. Our stay would have been more enjoyable if we hadn’t had to go to the office each evening to request coffee and drinking cups. Also, the shower door leaked water all over the floor. We reported it to maintenance, and they said it was a design flaw, and that we just needed to wipe up the water each time we showered. I had to request extra towels in order to wipe up the water each time. I just think Hilton could do better than this.

Overall, the experience was spotty. On arrival, the staff member described all the amenities while looking at them, hardly understood a word, just not the best approach. Had trouble with the television which was difficult to get to function properly, shorted us on in-room coffee, the room had a huge deep tub, but no grab bars to get an and out of and because the tub was so big, the shower was tiny (I mean tiny!) with a loose control handle. They were short of complimentary coffee in the morning, but one of the staff graciously offered a complimentary coffee americano from the expresso machine. Wanted to buy a Danish from the cafe but discovered they don't take cash. As I say, spotty.

Great spot for a getaway very close to town

Stayed here for three nights and had an overall good experience. The location is convenient and not too far from the downtown area, and the room itself was comfortable and well-appointed. Our first night was unfortunately rough because the A/C in our room wasn’t working. However, the staff was very helpful and accommodating, doing their best to assist us and moving us to another room the following day. While it was definitely inconvenient, these things happen, and I appreciated how the team handled the situation.

The steam, sauna, pool & hot tub we're wonderful and all included with your hotel stay. This is an added charge in most places. Not a thing!

Staff is knowledgable and very cordial.

The room was beautiful. So relaxing and inviting.

Bed was comfortable, check in is kinda clever in a diner/bar/restaurant. Staff was friendly and it was quick. We will return.
