HELENA INN AIRPORT

The carpet wasn't vacuumed, bathroom floor & bathtub wasn't clean, a man's sock was on the floor. The microwave and refrigerator wasn't clean and there was paper garbage left on the floor of the closet. They advertised continental breakfast but when we checked in we were told no continental breakfast. Shame on Expedia for doing business with this business. We didn't stay and we won't be back. I also won't use Expedia again either.

This should not be offered as a hotel. I have never stayed somewhere so bad. I'm pretty sure there were blood splatter on the wall behind the TV that didn't work!

I see some complaints on here but our stay was flawless. Clean room, friendly staff, no noise keeping us awake at night. We have no problems here.

Refrigerator was barely running. No ice bucket, hair on the towels on the rack, not very clean

Bug in my bed the second night. Screen was old in window( needs replacing) Curtain had holes in it . Track in window was dirty. Light bulb missing and one a different shade then the others. No breakfast as listed. But the worst thing was the door lock was missing. They offered me a different room after two night but I was afraid to switch as it might be even worse. No discount was offered. I should have listened to my sister and paid $50 more to get a nice room some place else. Be warned !!!

The room not clean and the bathroom was terrible. There was a line of filth around the toilet and a used qtip on the floor.

Very helpful and accommodating

Bed were super soft, I prefer harder mattress

The ice machine on the ground floor was broken. They gave us attitude when we asked for an extra towel for the 3rd person in our party

If you have limited money..and are looking for a dry place over your head..this place is for you. Otherwise look elsewhere!

It was very convenient for our travel, because we didnt get to show up til 1am. But successfully checked in

Linens were stained and there was a smell in our room. There was also mold spots on the ceiling. The bed was otherwise comfortable and hotel was in a convenient location

Clean room and friendly staff.

If you're looking for a clean place to stay for an evening or two, this is a good option. The staff was friendly. Check in and check out were easy. The rooms were clean, if not a bit outdated. the bed was very comfortable.

Im a solo traveler. Staff very helpful answered all of my many questions. Close proximity to airport and Hospitals. Perfect for travelers!!! I WILL COME BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN!!!! FOR SURE!

Tv didn’t work and the bathroom was dirty…:: hair was found in the bath tub telling me it had not been cleaned… staff was not at the front counter but in a nearby room but never had a staff member stationed at the front desk both at check in and when I checked out….. there was not an icemaker on the second floor where my room was… the baggage cart had flat tires and difficult to operate as a result

Room was clean but there was a spider in between sheets on bed. Tub was not draining well.

Excellent stay. Very nice staff. Clean, comfortable and great price.

No breakfast. Rundown. Bum was living in the bushes. Looked to be some drug deals happening. In the back parking lot.

Old and dirty and unkept place. We will never stay here again.
