HELENA INN AIRPORT

I guess the name has the word Airport in it, and we expected much nicer place. NEVER again. Hotels.com charged us $20 more than if we had called the place ourselves and booked through the front desk. No breakfast Terrible

They advertise a hot breakfast and laundry and do not provide either. Both areas are currently under renovation. The rooms are clean and spacious, but the property feels run down.

Only one star because they had a lock on the door. Tv didn’t work, toilet wasn’t attached to floor, room was horrible, not as advertised! Do not stay unless it’s the last option

So they advertise a hot breakfast, but their breakfast room is under renovation, as is their laundry room. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious, but everything here just feels old and outdated.

There was pubic hair on the soap in the bathroom. Staff glared at me and were very unfriendly. Not a good experience.

Cheap room good for one night last minute the only plus is it allows dogs. Stiff toilet paper, tiny smelly towels, stale smell in rooms. Found a pair of underwear onder bed. Overgrown weeds all around property. No screens on window. Ice machine worked but tricky to figure out. Nice assortment in vending machines which helps because there's no breakfast

I can’t believe this place is still in business. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Employees were very helpfull but hotel needs a lot of work inside & outside

Shower was grimy. Towels very worn. Building in disrepair. Staff not around. Breakfast closed, it appeared permanently.

Christmas decorations were still out lol

Rooms were dirty, staff wasn’t friendly, no television channels. The outside grounds of the building were not kept up. Would not recommend staying there.

It was dirty needs to be remodeled. Some of the lights didn't work the place just looked nasty an run down.

Room not clean, way over priced no included breakfast as advertised. I literally found beer cans stuffed between the mattress

The room was very dusty! The tv worked sporadically as it couldn't get an internet connection. There was no handle on the closet door, so we couldn't even open it. The coffee maker in the room did not work, so I guess that's why there was no coffee! We will never stay here again, nor would we recommend it to anyone else!

They don’t clean rooms don’t change the bedclothes and even leave the food from previous customers The smell inside is so bad Just avoid this place

Room was dirty. Lobby was under construction and stuff lying around everywhere. Requested more towels because there were only two but never got them.

Had employees in 3 different rooms and none of them had working hot water for the first 3 nights of their stay.
