The staff amazing but the property is very dirty - we had to wear our shoes and there were holes in the walls and door. We had to change rooms twice and finally settled would have moved hotels but books through Expedia. Highly DO NOT Recommend- felt very unsafe

Do yourself a favor and head down the road to another hotel. Without question, this was the worst hotel I’ve ever had the misfortune of inhabiting for an evening. Everything about the room was atrocious. The room was filthy, fixtures were falling off the walls, there was blood (?) on the bathroom door, there were burn marks in the bed cover, the floor and walls were gross, light fixtures hadn’t been cleaned this century, stains on lamp shades, no garbage can in the room, and cracks and icky something in the toilet, shower, and sink. Outside looked like a homeless encampment with garbage everywhere, broken down cars, dirty mattresses leaning on upstairs balconies, and trash oozing from overfilled trash cans. Whoever owns this place should skip renovation and go straight to demolition. Unfortunately, 1 is the lowest number on the rating scale.

The garbage cans outside were overflowing, had not been emptied in days, room had multiple items broken or missing. Door had no security lock on the inside. The door looked like it had been kicked in.

OVERALL, I don't see myself in Helena, Montana in the near future.....but if I am, I would probably look at this motel if I needed a budget/cheap place to rack out for a night or two.

The photos attached to booking is not what you will get, poor advertising. Very old hotel, no space between beds, no breakfast is available even though it was advertised. Pool hadn’t been cleaned for weeks, not accessible for everyone. Checked in and out within 10 minutes. Would not recommend to anyone.☹️😖

Holes in the wall. Half filled cup only something on the counter. No cover on smoke alarm. No cover on fan i. Bathroom.

The air conditioner/heating system was so filthy and stunk, so we had to turn it off. The room appears to not have been painted in past 20 years. Bedspread was probably that old as well. The plug in that bathroom does not operate. Only saving grace was that the sheets and towels were clean.

IT was cheaper than the rest. That's about it. it had a pool but was full of possibly illegals who barely spoke English and were drunk. parking was decent, at least. rooms were painted and had newish flooring. It was run down, they didn't clean the rooms daily, the TV barely worked, beds were hard, and there was a lot of shady characters hanging around. Was told a lot of thefts happen at this location. The rooms were tiny. the pool was full of drunk mexicans.

The room was clean and the desk clerk was nice. The front door was hard to open, safety latch was broken, bathroom power outlet was not working.

When we arrived, I tried running my card to pay and they said that I did not pay, even though I literally had the money on the card. I called my bank and they confirmed that the funds were pending and out. Receptionist insisted it was not paid and said that if we wanted to stay, we could pay cash for one night and the rest will go through the next day. He had made it a point to say, "you're safe, you don't have to worry, you drove so long" making us uncomfortable. We decided to leave to get other accommodations. I did get the hold from the hotel off and get my money back. Still not sure how much I would want to go back as I didn't feel safe in the area, and it looked different from the photos.

Trash cans were full everywhere with additional trash all over the walkways. Room was a dive, under the beds never cleaned, found soda can and a bunch of old garbage, mattresses were old, stained and smelled horrible. Sheets had hair on them, deadbolt was the only working lock on door, no lock on bathroom door, shower had mold in seams, toilet was the only clean thing in the room. Avoid like the plague. Not worth saving $20 on a better hotel.

The place is trashed and run down. Filthy and so many things uncared or unkept. Cleanliness, flooring, paint

The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean but the pillow cases had stains on them.

The towels and sheets were clean. The front desk attendant was friendly.

The AC/Heat unit vents were filthy, we requested the cleam and housekeeping did a satisfactory job. Community track receptacles were overflowing from the time we arrived! The room itself was clean with exception of the AC/Heat unit.
