Hotel dated and beds sift.

The property was absolutely disgusting. We checked into our room which was filthy. We were moved to another room and it was worse. I chose to not stay there because I was travelling with my child. I was not expecting a refund but was pleasantly surprised when the front desk attendant told me that he would refund my money. The money was never returned. Despite being out the money I know that I made the right decision. Aside from the filthy conditions my senses were telling me that this was not a safe place for my child and I to stay. We went to a different hotel and felt safe and comfortable.

Dated property, but the room was clean. Popcorn was made around 6p.m. for guests. Nice breakfast area, a cook was there to make a hot meal.Pancakes, eggs, sausage or bacon, hashbrowns. You fill out a paper with your choices & hand in to the cook. I requested a wake-up call & they did. Walking distance to fast food. Close to busy hwy. But it was quiet in the room.

Great two night stay. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Good location for what we wanted to do. Excellent made to order breakfast included. It was a very small room but worked for us.

This is an amazing Days Inn. The property has clearly been remodeled recently. The breakfast includes cooked to order eggs with bacon or sausage. The front desk clerk who checked me in gave me directions to a close-by mexican place for dinner. The morning desk clerk was more attached to his phone than to his guests.

Any hotel that puts my safety of me, my family and possessions I would always give it the least amount of ratings. Our ground floor and my next door room have no locks to keep people from breaking in the room

Super clean hotel and great staff. Days Inn Helena was a great value and the beds were very comfortable. I’d stay here again without a doubt.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were very clean (even saw the staff cleaning behind the microwave!) and the breakfast was the best hotel food we’ve had. Definitely recommend!

The room had a bad smell, like someone had been smoking. The smell was very strong in the bathroom area. I asked to be moved to another room; there was nothing else available.

The website listed an airport shuttle. There is not one and we had to reserve an Uber. Please update the site. Would not have chosen this property if we knew that the shuttle was non existent. It was very clean and comfortable but didn’t need the added expense of an Uber.

No air in lobby or hall ways. Bathrooms are extremely small

I have never given a negative review. But I must be honest…this place was terrible. The lobby and hallway had virtually no air-conditioning on a hot day. The room was at least 85° and the air conditioner would not bring it down to even close to 70. Spoke to the on duty manager, who offered me another room. I went and checked it, and the air conditioning was exactly the same. I’m not sure if they have them set so they won’t get cold to save money or what the situation is. I believe he offered me what he could and had no issue with his assistance. I did ask that the general manager contact me about my stay. After two days, I’ve heard nothing. Very sorry that Expedia even gives this place exposure ( I may touch base with him). I’m sorry that it went this way… As I did enjoy it the last time I was there. I cannot recommend this facility on any level.

The room was clean and the a/c worked great.

Hot tub was closed but they had an alternative across the road set up

Very impressed with this hotel. Close to the city and close to restaurants. The best thing about our stay was the comfy beds. The staff and breakfast was a close second.

Super clean, quiet, comfortable. Good location and best of all, cooked hot breakfast! Great value!
