The AC in my room was not working and the front desk said "OH, I thought we told you" didnt offer a new room or any comfort for the heat.
-
The outside was disappointing and the pool was closed - apparently closed for health reasons. We were not notified prior to attempting to check in. Since the pool was a promise to our grand children, we chose to cancel and find another place to stay. Wyndham said they did not have our telephone number. When I asked why they did not email me, they said they did not have that either. I noted the emails sent by Wyndham to me and was told that came out of a different system. Just an excuse.

The pool was closed apparently by the city or health department. And the front desk person did not know when it would be open. We were not notified prior to arriving. Since the pool was one of the main reasons we chose Wyndham (for our grand children) we had to scramble to find another place to stay.

Room was clean but I was there for 5 nights and 4 days and no cleaning was done. I had to ask for toilet paper. Hot tub was broken.
-
Loud noise from the pipes during my stay. Went on throughout the night

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Hotels is in a great location, only issue i had with this hotel was connecting to the wifi. In order to connect you had to create an account with the hotel/brand they're with and then you could access it or pay $4 something for it. Other than that the stay was great. and would stay again.

Close proximity to restaurants and highway.
-
Property is very run down. Front desk staff are nor very polite and can not multitask. She was also complaining about her job. Pool will never be reopened. Breakfast is lacking.
-
Staff was surly Would not stay there again

Clean room, very nice helpful staff. Hot tub out of service. Breakfast too early, more of a brunch person and want to sleep in on weekend but forgot to put up do not disturb sign so housekeeping starts knocking several times before check out time. Perhaps wait until 10:00 am since check in time is at 3:00 pm, plenty of time to clean room after check out time.

Place is old and it shows at every corner.

The checkin was good. The sheets and towels were clean. The rest of the hotel was quite grubby and not well cleaned. Pool and hot tub were not functioning despite the website indicating they were open. Check out was challenging as the staff were openly arguing in the lobby area - not professional at all.

I have stayed there every time I travel to Helena over the years. I am sad to say this was the last time. It has been going down hill for past few years but was clean & friendly. Now, the hallways are dingy & dirty, the rooms are run down & not the cleanest, the pool has not worked for my past two stays, & the folks hanging out outside make me question running out to my car. Go some place else.

Our bathroom had mold, curtains were torn in several rooms. Having a pool closed by the health department doesn't exactly send a good message.
-
Old and in poor condition. The staff was friendly and helpful.

No hottub or pool… clerk gave me a room which was not even attended to and was dirty… slept in beds and such… went back to front desk to which they proceeded to tell me there was not another room available… he then checked another room and said the clerk gave me the wrong room so I went to the room and immediately upon entering the room it smelled like urine… strong enough that they had the window open trying to air it out… I went back down to the front desk and said it smelled like urine and he said yeah I know… called the manager and they refunded me my money but then due to the late hour I couldn’t get hotels.com to get me another room as when they called the hotel phone the number was not in service and the clerk wouldn’t give his name to hotels.com clerk as he said he didnt want his name to be used due to privacy issues… I should have known something was up when the clerk exited a car that was parked in the lot with flat tires, smashed up and looked like it was his current home… never will I take it for granted that when you reserve a hotel room that it will be clean and not smelling like urine… plus the pool had a condemned sticker on the door according to a state regulator…

Breakfast was good. The pool and hot tub were out of order. The place smelled like pot was being smoked everywhere
