We stayed here because of the jacuzzi and yet it was broken. Our bathroom was dirty with hair dust bunnies on the ground around the toilet and hair stuck on the shower walls. Between the two queen beds by the nightstand were cracker crumbs or potato chip crumbs. The whole time we were there(3days), a semi truck was parked outside our window with a generator running 24/7. Lastly, there was a broken down red suv that had been in an accident with a flat tire and someone was living in it. Perhaps a worker? You can do better Baymont! We definitely won’t be coming back. ☹️

Absolutely zero communication about the Hot Tub and spa being broken prior to arriving.

Good breakfast, staff was helpful and accommodating
-
The desk clerk was very rude when I got there to check in. I got there at 2:30 and asked to checked in and she very rudely told me check in isn’t until 3:00. Came back at 3:20 and still no clean rooms. Back at 8:30 and we for our room. The floor had not been vacuumed and there was dog hair everywhere and dog food on the floor. I asked the front desk staff to please vacuum my floor as we were there for 2 nights. They said sure and it never got done. Breakfast the second morning: they had no forks or coffee cups.

Great beds and convenient location

Room wasn't cleaned, staff were helpful in changing rooms. Hot tub not working and pool area smelled fowl. Besides the waffles, food was gross.

We would have liked to swim the early evening of our arrival, but the pool water was cool and "the hot tub" did not seem available. The staff was quite friendly but seemed overloaded with work. Maybe the Hotel needs more staff? One thing we realized was that the price of the rooms changed daily. One thing I loved the next morning was to sketch/paint the red Roses in front of the Hotel. Thank you!

could not get on the internet for 48 of our stay

Very old building, hot tub was out of order, lamp in bedroom had a cut cord, no plug. Room had a bad odor. Bathroom sink counter was dirty. Not staying there again.
-
The bathtub water would on work as straight hot water. Was stated that the faucet had just been fixed. Staff was nice but the property need care.
-
There was peeling paint over the tub. The drain plug for the tub was broken snd there wasn’t a drain plug for the sink.
-
Our room was pretty disgusting. It was full of dirt and dust. Every surface pretty much looked like it hadn't been dusted in weeks. There was garbage underneath the beds, there was a balloon, there was an Xanax in the corner. There was all kinds of crap everywhere

I paid a little bit more to book a room at that hotel because they had a hot tub. When I checked in they informed me that the hot tub was out of service. So I decided to take a hot bath instead. But, there was no way to stop up the bathtub and the water wasn't even that hot.

The wait time to check-in was long as only one person was able to check customers in. The room had not been vacuumed, with crumbs all around the edges, and there was garbage from the last customer(s) still on the floor by the desk and by the bed. I did report this to the front desk, yet it was not addressed while I was there. Although I have stayed here before, I will find accommodations elsewhere in the future.

Cody was fantastic. I couldn't have asked for better service

Staff was ok, could have been more attentive. Hotel not as clean as expected - doors, handles not wiped down - windows grimy and trash not emptied.
-
The tub did not drain well at all leaving a pool of water up to the ankles, there was no drain plug in the sink, there was pink slime mold on the shower head and in general the hardware in the bathroom was pretty gross. The hair dryer also does not work. Clean bedding and nice staff was the positive but would not stay again.

Our room was dirty. And was not maintained at all. I would not suggest this hotel at all.
-
Hot tub was broken, the room was clean but dated. The room was noisy.

Property was or appeared to be dirty through hallways and stairs. Swimming pool was not heated or not much at all. Chose this available room / property specifically for the pool. Bed was stained, furniture was dirty. Simple dusting needd to be done. Parking lot only has one drive used to enter and exit making it very difficult to maneuver. Free breakfast was good. No hot tub, down now for almost 3 years stated one employee.
