After checking into our room, we realized it was unacceptable. It was dirty, there was a constant humming from the elevator and our toilet wouldn’t stop running. We went down to the front desk and the person working could have cared less and wouldn’t let us switch rooms. When we called down to ask that someone come service the toilet, he said he would come look at it and never showed up. We had to turn the toilet off and on at the water valve when we wanted to use it. The swimming pool area was gross and the jet stream wouldn’t work. We go to Helena to visit relatives every one to two months and we will NEVER stay there again. I hope people read this review so they don’t book a room there when visiting. Also, the area around this hotel is not ideal and there are people across the street begging for money.

A bit overpriced, but the room was clean, bed was super comfortable, breakfast was excellent. All on all a great experience!

Smoke detector chirp was a nice touch to accomodate all the dirty and disgusting Next- no towels or extra bedding for the 3rd person we brought. The pull out couch was disgusting and the floor as well. White stains on the cushion and black oily stains on the arms. Someone's dirty sock left in the room as well. Pool was small but had broken chairs as well. The staff was friendly which is the only good thing I can say about my stay. Disappointed. Would not recommend.

Really helpful, efficient and friendly staff. Overall vibe was positive. Somewhat of a funky smell in the lobby area. The room and a/c was really comfortable and clean and could use some upgrades in bathroom. Overall very positive stay.

Breakfast was great, people working there were very friendly.

The hotel seemed dingy and dirty. Our shower rod was falling off, the bathroom electrical plug did not work and the chair in the room had many stains on it

We chose this hotel because it advertises a heated outdoor pool. It was a large 3ft deep hot tub. It was 90 degrees out. We were not able to swim because it was so hot. Management would not refund our stay so that we could find a hotel with an actual pool. I would not reccomend this hotel.

The price of the hotel was high for the quality & the location although convenient, is close to some questionable activity.
-
The furniture in our room was filthy and worn.
-
The breakfast was very nice and the rooms were clean
-
Room small; towels clear across room from shower. Shower curtain hung too high so water ran on the floor.
-
Staff was great, the walls are very thin. Great place to stay if you have a U-Haul or trailer that needs parking.
-
Nice place. Very clean and quiet
-
The room was really spacious and clean.
-
Stay here at your own peril. Wish I would have been warned.
-
Very run down. Awful smell in the room.
-
Dirty furniture in the room.

Room 212 smelled like sweat and body odor. Pool was 90+ degrees so provides no relief on a hot day. We were staying for 3 night. We tried to get our room turned down and we're told they only clean the rooms a couple times a week and would have to wait until the next day. Specially asked next morning when we left to have the room turned down and new towels. We left at 8am and returned at 4pm. The room had not been touched. Then they wanted us to wait by the pool for 30min so they could clean the room. We were trying to shower and get ready for dinner. Had to demand another room which they did provide. I would avoid this place. Save yourself some headache and book somewhere else. Only nice thing about place were the breakfast staff in the morning
