Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Helena

We were not able to get into our room until 6 pm. The pool was not working and I specially wanted a pool so I feel I should get some money off my stay!

Pool was being worked on, but we were able to go to the other Marriott in town to swim and have fun.

2 night stay. Opted for this facility so our grandsons could swim....not possible either day. Reservation made 2 months in advance, room not available at check in due to "cleaning" issues. Room not cleaned, garbage emptied, beds made overnight stay. Breakfast was very good.

Very welcoming check in. Clean rooms, quiet and excellent breakfast.

Will not stay here again due to pool being closed and nobody on staff knew why. This was prime travel and pool season. We chose this hotel for that amenity. Also, there was food at the head of the bed that was left even though bedding seemed to be fresh. Breakfast was great though.

The pool wasn’t working. The check in staff was incompetent. The toilet took forever to flush. There was no body wash in the bottle in the shower. There was only a wrapper where soap was supposed to be. And, there was a spider as well. Breakfast was tolerable.

Reasonable price and comfortable beds for a night close to the airport. My only complaint is the dismal vanity lighting. We could barely see well enough to shave/apply makeup. Someone needs to revisit the bulbs being used.

Nice stay, easy check in

Breakfast was delicious every morning. Everyone on staff was so nice and helpful. Teddy especially was helpful in telling me fun sights to see and recommending restaurants.

Shower didn't drain on Wed and was told maintenance wouldn't be in til Friday? They did agree to deal with after understanding seriousness.

Great breakfast, clean room. Pool area could use a refresh

The front desk staff and breakfast staff were very kind and polite. The air conditioner in the room was very loud. The grounds of the property really need some TLC. The pool temp was perfect.

No instructions for getting on the Internet we provided.
