This property (unknowingly) was under major renovation. construction was ongoing, our room (when assigned) was still dirty, unsecure and the window was broken, open & unable to close. We LEFT without staying, yet they still refused to refund our payment. Finally after MANY phone calls they refunded HALF of it.....pitiful.

This place looks nothing like the pictures. No lights on when you walk in from the unkept parking lot. Room was dirty, had dog hair in the bed and not vacuumed for who knows how long. overall rundown mess
-
Property is poorly maintained. Bedding full of holes. No breakfast is available as advertised
-
Not clean we had to vacuum ourselves and the bed linens were torn stain with holes! Also no am breakfast they said under repair for over a year if so this needed information should be known beforehand. Not very happy about this hotel.😛😭
-
On Hotels.com it advertised breakfast included. It was not unless a cup of coffee is considered a breakfast. Thanks to Hotels.com for helping us cancel the remainder of our reservation there and providing a credit as an apology
-
The hotel was undergoing renovation during our stay, but carpets in the available rooms were not all that clean and there were stains on the bedding.
-
Hotel is in the process of renovating. Very much needed. No breakfast as advertised

Not sure when the last time the floors were vacuumed. I found fecal matter on the wall and on the bathtub. There is no hair dryer. Looks like they washed the mirrors with a dirty rag.
-
Not much to love here.
-
Room wasn’t very clean, one bed was dirty, toe nail clippings in the floor. There was no breakfast even though online it said there was.
-
not very clean. 20 min to get hot water for shower. bed was not made, there was no care about it being right, i actually thought it was slept in before I got there.
-
The towels were old and stained. The entire floor stunk in the hallways.
-
The stay was very accommodating, friendly, and happy. The motel was average, but appropriate for the price. It needs a good deep-cleaning, especially where the baseboard joins the floor. The pool was empty, and there was green, thick water in the hot tub.

My room was dirty upon arrival with pet urine and feces stains on the carpet. Everything was broken, from the door lock to the shattered window. Will not return.
-
Its connected to a little casino. The rooms are not in very good condition, uncomfortable, and dirty. My wife and I walked into our room and before we could set our bags down, walked back out and told the front we arent staying there. Very poor quality and cleanliness. The front desk was not very helpful with anything.

Place should be shut down until remodeling is complete. At least put a up a "pardon our mess" sign, instead of acting like its normal. Upon checking in another guest was complaining about the broken items in his room. Mine included bulb out, toilet no flush, bathroom fan seized, carpet had patches and stains, sink was slow to drain and the handles and spout were loose. Key card stoped working(not kept near cell phone or cc) and i just stopped closing the door all the way. Great for security huh? It was literally like a slum lord just got it barely ready and said "send it". I'm not picky with hotels, and in my lifetime this is the second worst one I've ever stayed in. That low price is their for a reason. Think of this as the Frontier Airlines of the Helena Hotel system. At least the staff was trying to be helpful. The a/c was cold. As for the rest...see title description

Not recommended. At all.

The hotel was very dirty. The website said there was breakfast offered but when I asked about it we were told there was none offered. The hotel was very run down and I would have left but it was to late to cancel my reservation.
-
Dirty. Old. Minus a pillow case.

One of the worst condition, dirty, run down hotel I have stayed at outside of 3rd world countries. 2nd floor reeked of some terrible smell, dirty, and dingy. Room was dirty, dresser had broken drawers hanging in place, curtains were half ripped down. Bed had broken box frame or frame as mattress was significantly bowed to the middle, a lantern was sitting on the floor with no table. Hotels.com should not allow this decrepit of a property to be listed.
