Could use a deep cleaning on carpets. A little mildew smell in room

Great restaurant right next door!
-
Nothing to dislike but not just as nice as some other places we've stayed. No complaints here.
-
Horrible hotel , all hallways smelled like weed, very dirty. Never stay again.
-
No thanks

We had to take the chairs off the tables to sit? He was Not prepared, he should have gotten to work earlier..I dont usually write this kind if review but this hotel should be removed from hotels.com. dont stay here.

Carpet was dirty/stained. Water pressure in shower was really low. Mini fridge was so loud I had to unplug it to sleep. Property is outdated and needs a refresh. Pricing was high relative to the value.

This hotel needs an update - the room was clean but had a very stale odor. No coffee maker in the room although they did leave coffee pods.

Pillows need an upgrade

I know this is a lower end property, but was sad when I got to my room. The carpet is old and stained. The air conditioner and refrigerator were so loud I had to turn them both off. The desk chair was so dirty with varying dirt and stains I didn't dare sit in it. The sheets and bathroom appeared clean at least. Not worth the $140 I paid.
-
The common floors are not commonly cleaned, apparently. Breakfast was solid, which was the reason we chose this option. It seems to operate well enough, but they could afford a lot more time cleaning.
-
The only good thing was it was less than $100. It was shabby and not too clean. No coffee maker even tho there was coffee. Very basic.

Affordable but at what cost. We found cough drops under the edge of the bed, stains all over chair, floor and walls. Gap in the door frame was about 1/2”. Again, “cheap” but for the money I expect more. I don’t get disgusted easily and I didn’t even want to eat here.

Very dated and the fitness center is a storage room

The woman clerk at lobby checkin was from India or Pakistan and spoke English very badly and very hard to understand what she was saying. Her helper was same, a little bit better with English. The maid again was of same heritage spoke no English and you couldn’t make a conversation with him to request clean towels. Place was run down and in need of upgrades. Our handicap room had no window for outside title, just a sling glass door. A/C didn’t keep the room very cool. The ad said single queen bed, but bed was only a double.

I had a very disappointing stay here last night. The overall cleanliness of the room was well below satisfactory. The pillows and towels were very smelly, which made it impossible to feel comfortable. To make matters worse, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, leading to a terrible night's sleep. Paying $145 a night for this level of quality is unacceptable. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Breakfast was gone and not refilled every morning. Coffee in our room but no coffee maker. Blood on the walls and carpet. Sticky substance on floor, nightstand and remote. THE BED ABSOLUTELY SUCKS. This place is trash. The carpet is from 1982. It smells like cigarettes and bad decisions. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY

Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok

The one good thing was the hot breakfast. Breakfast selections excellent. Room 119, July 10. Spencer and Nancy Roberts, Sun Lakes, AZ
