Newer building with the slightly larger rooms typical of Marriott. The property is well maintained and clean; as is the pool area. The pool was not overly chlorinated; they pay good attention to the water chemistry. Good location near the interstate and airport; downtown is nearby as is the capital. Nice breakfast offerings and the breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!!

Staff tried to accommodate and help with my issues by finding me a fan when all rooms were booked so I couldn't switch rooms. The AC and phone did not work in my room. The bathroom had orange mildew/mold and hair in the shower.

Was put in a room that the front desk seemed to know that the air conditioning wasn’t working. We requested a change and was accommodated

Front desk staff was incompetent. Had booked and paid through Expedia but they took forever to check me in. I arrive in my room only to be called to say they forgot to ask for a credit card for incidentals. I returned and a new person was at the front and was clueless as to what the previous person called for and then wanted to charge me for the room again. They were slow to checkout too. Breakfast was so-so. Thank goodness it was only one night.
