The staff was super helpful after a very long drive, and some prebooking confusion, they accommodated us with zero issues! Also 10/10 breakfast selection, so many options, all fresh and hot with the staff checking it regularly for re-stock/questions!

Only complaint is that the curtains on the windows don't block all the bright light from the building spotlights.

The hot tub and pool worked correctly Still to expensive for something so simple. And one of our pillows had huge stains on it.... so that was gross.

The whole experience was exceptional! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were super friendly, and the hotel was close to alot of stores and restaurants. Overall, a great choice if you're visiting the area. I was especially blown away with the staff. I was a bit clumsy and spilled something while eating my breakfast. The staff rushed in immediately and cleaned up the mess without making a fuss about it. I would give them an 11/10 if I could. My only reservation was how hard it was to find a luggage cart. I had to take a couple trips to bring my things out to the car. If they had more carts, that'd be perfect.
