Had no issues with any staff interactions but it wasn't a very clean place. The room we got was poorly cleaned, the hotel has a musty smell and the pool had dirt and hair settled at the bottom. Very surprised by all the reviews saying this place is very clean.

Well situated in downtown Helena, wonderful breakfast buffet which is included. The bar and restaurant which is connected to the hotel, is excellent.

Not providing hot tub for those like us traveling & hiking national & state park's, forest, monuments, waterfalls, rivers & lakes is a major negative especially when you have the space.
