Clean Room, Great Restaurant

The fresh hot cookies we received at check in was delicious and a great surprise. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean and quiet. We could have used more coffee pods there was only two and there was four of us.

Con: I called in advance to ask about internet coverage. I had an important 2-hour online engagement at a very early hour. They said that they had "excellent" internet and made a note for me to have a room on the 2nd floor closest to the router. When I checked in, the front desk saw the note but said they couldn't honor that because they were full and offered no solutions. I came down to the front desk a few times to ask about options, but they weren't helpful at all. Could I go buy a wifi booster, an ethernet cable? Could they move me for the next night, when the meeting would occur? Nope. I was scrambling to find a coworking space where I could get into at 5:30 AM, and exploring booking another hotel that could assure me strong internet. Finally, a maintenance worker overheard my concern and told me to switch to another network and move my chair closer to the hallway. That worked. My virtual speech went off without a hitch. But, the indifference of the gentleman at the front desk was unacceptable, especially since I had called months prior to ask about this.

Next to the area we needed to be for the concert The pool was down and the outside needs some nicer features to show what is inside the building is wonderful . Benches and trees:) no garbage outside?

I changed my reservation to August 12th but you keep sending messages that you don’t understand. I hope I am not billed for July 15.

The beds are the best! The restaurant is closed in the evening and there is no complimentary breakfast.

Staff are wonderful and we love the location gym and laundry. We stay here every time we visit family.
